Martin Downs Country Club - Osprey Creek Course

Every hole is interesting and fun. Conditions are acceptable

This place should be closed. It is a dog track! The fairways are non existent and the tee boxes are dirt. The greens are closely cut weeds. It’s just embarrassing.

It’s not a money issue for the owner, there is plenty of new equipment mowing the weeds and rolling the dirt greens. You couldn’t pay me to go back there.

Just embarrassing.

Noted improvements over the years.

Fun track. Greens fast and in good condition except on 2 holes.

My group teed off at 2:15 and were be hins 4 novice golfers. We waited EVERY shot! Painstaking!!! The course conditions were a little rough but the greens rolled well. I thought it was well worth the price except for pace of play. We didn't finish all 18 holes due to darkness.

Some delays at the entrance gate. The course is above average. Fast greens fairways a little hard ball rolls great. The staff is very friendly. This place usually runs very well. Thanks Jimmy and staff for all your efforts

Could not play threat of rain did not get my fee refunded

Coors layout is great greens need work pace and play a little slow. I would recommend the course.

I played there 3 weeks ago and conditions were fine.

I played 3/3/24 and conditions had dropped off significantly with ugly weedy greens and terribly beat up tees.

It’s a pretty tough course. The greens are protected and they roll really well.

This course is a good challenge.

Wonderful staff, inside and out. Excellent lunch menu, and happy hour at bar.

Hospitality after 5th and 9th hole!! Nice lady.

The course was full on a fantastic day.

Front nine played in just over 2 hours, not bad.

However, on the back, the first 3 holes took an hour. And then it really bogged down.

As we had an early dinner date, we skipped ahead to the clubhouse. And, there were 2 empty holes, 16 and 18.

So basically, 2 groups held up the whole back nine.

This is unusual for this course.

Please take note, sometimes a marshall is necessary.
