Weekly golfer

I played this course a couple months ago and it was the worst greens I have ever played on in 40 years of golfing so I came back after two months and there still the worst greens I have ever played

they closed the back nine for the summer the pace of play was 3 hours the finish 9 holes the range told us never play here on sunday because of pace of play. they said we could play front nine again. but no refunds. i will never go back to that place again. even if were free. too many good choices in area.

Course in terrible shape

The only good was Allison the beverage cart attendant.

The fairways weren’t mowed, the greens were like putting on the moon.

I hadn’t played there since 2023 it’ll be 2 years before I think about it again.

Paid for 18 holes....played 11.

Hole 9 my foursome and I got attacked by fire ants on the 9th tee box. By hole 11 we stopped playing, had to get to a Pharmacy quickly - to many fire ant bites.

Tee box 9 - we waited to warn the group behind us. They told us they also got attacked by fire ants on an earlier tee box.

Only front 9 is open for play. Replacing greens on back 9. Grass on tee boxes is very long. Large bare spots in all fairways. Had to place ball just to find some grass. Rough is overgrown. Greens had almost no grass. Aeration holes visible. Ball rolled extremely slow. Switched to the 2 putt max rule. I basically ended up focusing on swing form & ball contact. With all the play modiciations & the $25 fees, it was still better than just hitting the range. If you're only looking to practice and not score, it might work for you!

Back nine closed

Be advised, back nine is closed for refurbishing of greens and fairways. Apparently this will take three to four months. This is needed as the course could use some TLC. Nice layout, and pace of play are both fine.
