Martin Downs Country Club - Osprey Creek Course

Love the back nine layout. Course needs some work on a few of the holes as far as patchiness in the fairways and greens. Pace of play is good, and staff is friendly as always.

The course was poorly maintained. Bare spots all over even on the fairways and greens. There was no ranger to speed up the extremely slow groups ahead of us. Will be the last time playing this course.

Fairways and tee boxes are basically dirt. The greens are about to go as well. It’s funny because there are a lot of workers on the course for something that is this bad.

A friend invited me so I went. He is a newer golfer so he really doesn’t understand what a course should look like. This place is embarrassing. I told him I would take him to Hammock Creek next week so he could see how a good public course is maintained.

This place isn’t worth $10 let alone $74.

As I’ve stated previously I like the layout but the course needs better maintenance especially the fairways which are not in good condition

Not a bad course, lowest price in town but the greens are very slow.

The greens rolled smoothly but that's the only positive I can say about the condition of the course. There really isn't very much grass on the course. It's mostly weeds and dirt. I guess you get what you pay for. I doubt the owner put much money back into the course.

Fairways are like hitting off pavement. Poor greens

Worst conditions of any golf course I’ve ever played, could be nice if they put some money into into it I, it is a good layout , but fairways (actually there isn’t any ! ) are a disaster no grass only weeds , tee boxes are terrible.
