A little rough
The greens rolled smoothly but that's the only positive I can say about the condition of the course. There really isn't very much grass on the course. It's mostly weeds and dirt. I guess you get what you pay for. I doubt the owner put much money back into the course.

Difficulty Somewhat Challenging
They need to put some money into this place
Worst conditions of any golf course I’ve ever played, could be nice if they put some money into into it I, it is a good layout , but fairways (actually there isn’t any ! ) are a disaster no grass only weeds , tee boxes are terrible.

Used to be a golf Course
Course has declined in the last decade to bare bones. Fairways are rough not fairways. Greens have sand spots all over the green. Members or residents dont want outsiders there and it’s clear from the second you arrive. Please take your money somewhere else.
