Martin Downs Country Club - Osprey Creek Course

Fairways a little rough, greens are OK, pace was quite slow 4 3/4 hrs.

I liked the basic layout of holes, but I believe the course needs some attention. It needs some maintenance because the fairways are not in good condition.

I was extremely impressed with the clubhouse and facilities. Excellent staff and customer service. The layout of the course is grand. Fairways in spots was a bit dry. Overall a nice course. I look foward to coming back with friends.

I have played this course at least once a year for the past 10 years. The course has a fun layout and the greens and tee boxes are always in good shape. Greens roll fast and true. Bar and restaurant are great with friendly servers. Will keep going back for sure.

I would really like to play this course more often but the only thing deterring me from doing so is the fairways. The new owner has his work cut-out when it comes to the maintenance of the fairways.The course has a pretty cool layout and the greens rolled very true, with the exception of a few. The restaurant and bar are top notch... I strongly suggest players to stop by for a cold one and some good food!!!

Martin Downs is a a nice golf course, ruined by the pace of play being soooo slow and not being marshalled.A round under 4.5 hours seems impossible and such a slow pace is not for us.A pity as the staff are very friendly and the course fun.Please please install a marshall who moves play along..

Nice layout and a lot of elevated greens. Course apparently has new ownership and there were a lot of workers out when we played-weeding, edging, etc. This is a good sign. Greens were a little spotty in places but rolled true. I’ll be back in a month to see the improvement

I teamed up with a twosome and single. We all played in the low 90s. Greens were very fast, which was the cause of many bogies and double bogies. Will go back with a softer touch on the greens.

Slow play, the 4somes did not let 2somes play through. No marshall.

Had a wonderful day & would like to comment on the Staff. The most friendly and helpful. Staff.

I have played here before. The layout is great; can add challenge based on tee box. The conditions were ok. This course gets a lot of play in season. This day they were running about 20 min behind. Pace was slow. We were paired with another couple which saved the day! We enjoyed each other’s company. I would play here again.. just need to adjust expectation.
