Buffalo Creek Golf Course

Fairways are in very good shape couple of tee boxes here and there not so good. Greens had a good roll to them and very good shape for this time of year overall really like this course. Just enough of a challenge Play here you'll like it no houses around

Enjoyed our round...nice people and beautiful day. Somewhat slow but to be expected this time of year.

First time playing here. Enjoyed it very much. Staff was great. Course layout was great. Being that my wife and i are still very green to golf we loved the layout and elevation changes for being in flat Florida. We had a great time and will definitely play here again.County owned course with no houses on it. was very busy being height of the season. They did run out of carts for the afternoon tee times so people had to wait (not the big of a deal). 2 of the greens had been tore up by some punks in a SxS about a month ago or so, they were a little rough but still playable. They did and great job getting them back in shape will take a little time to be perfect though.

Five and a half hours. Waiting on every tee. No ranger and no water at the halfway houses. Two greens had been vandalized. A very poor attempt to repair them had taken place. There was no mention of this when I paid.

Great layout and conditions for the price. Greens were in fabulous condition, with the exception of 2 holes which were ruined due to idiots who vandalized the green with a vehicle. Hope they catch them and are prosecuted!

Badly in need of a starter on a busy day like Saturday. Typically don’t play on weekends because of this problem. Someone needs to be governing groups as they go out. There should be no twosomes and do your best to completely foursomes so that there are not 5 plus hour rounds.

Best public course in Manatee County. Fun place. But to many golfers that suck!!!!!!!

Disappointing conditions. Greens were the worst I've seen here for years. This was my fall back course. Not a good value for their peak pricing.

The course was a bit rough, but not unusual for late in the season. It has been very busy and could use some TLC. It should be back in shape later this summer.

Buffalo Creek has been around a long time. Used to be a deal but like all courses prices have gone up. Conditions were ok. Several greens had substantial damage. I dont know if kids ran sport utilities around it or is the course cut squares for other places in need. Staff has always been nice, that hasnt changed. Seems to me it was better when the county ran it. I am not impressed with Pope Golf.
