Buffalo Creek Golf Course

Starter failed to notify golfers that 2 holes had remote temporary holes with 12in cups. Also, cart guy in afternoon was miserable.

Have played many courses around the country. This is a nice local public course with the best staff I have seen. The course was in playable shape with good fairways. Greens are in the spring grow with minor problems. I will play this course much more in the future.

Golf course is in decent shape except for two greens that were damaged by an atv. No notice of this until we arrive at the 10th green. Temporary green 40 yards short and the same on 17. No discount, no warning.

The course overall is not too bad. Started about 20 minutes behind schedule. Fairways are wide and forgiving. Greens were inconsistent and in poor shape with 2 greens closed completely. Pace of play was slow.

They need rangers to do their job. Two groups ahead of us felt they could play at a 4:45 pace and they did. We had to watch their every shot while they had two hole in front of them empty. The ranger was never around. Very frustrating as we had to say something and they got mad at us .

2 temp greens with no warning, took 5 hours to play and charging almost 65 bucks, not good

Starter was very obnoxious and had no idea how to govern the tee offs. I witnessed at least 32 people upset. He told a twosome that if the other twosome ( that the course teamed them up with ) doesn’t show then they would have to go home. He started us off FIVE groups behind because they were there ahead of us. He acknowledged that we were there 15 minutes before our designated tee time but said it didn’t matter cuz they were there first.

Evidently someone tore up 2 greens with a car. We weren’t notified until we reached the course for check in . A “temporary “ green was set up on 2 holes with an oversized hole . Maybe we should reduce the price until it back to full potential

Too many t times jammed together and ignorant golfers driving up to t box and talking while we were teeing off. After 3 holes I finally said something and they stayed away till we were out of box. Too many golfers with no etiquette but courses don’t seem to care as long as they get their money.
