Buffalo Creek Golf Course

we play this course every year as we can walk. Great that they paired us up with 2 other singles to make foursomes. Great pace, great shape. Greens nice and fast.

Our foursome was hassled by the ranger for assumed slow play. There were two twosomes in front of us and they were moving pretty quickly, so we dropped back. Plus within our foursome one of our players has a lame leg and did not move very quickly. The Ranger followed us through holes eight and nine and 10 and 11 and spoke to us several times, we finish the course in around 3 1/2 hours. I do not think we were playing slow. It’s really irritating people think they have to do that.

This course hires the right people! My son and I had a fantastic time, thank you!

Greens in great shape a bit slower than other courses . They do hold your shots very well. Fairways in good shape. Winter rates in effect for now.

Beautiful! Tee boxes good, bunkers great, few greens small repairs around edges,fairways very lush. You lose some roll on the fairways, but I'll take that over hard pan any day. No complaints

I’ve played this course a half dozen times but this was the first time in a year. The good: Fun course in nature with a cool layout and plenty of wildlife. Thats it for the good. You gotta prepay (cheesy). The lady at the front desk is less than hospitable. PACE OF PLAY IS A JOKE. We tee’d off at 7:07. We skipped the group in front of us because they were clowns and got stuck behind an even slower group. No ranger in site. Finished at 11:40. 4.5hr round as the 3rd group off. Fairways are nice, tee boxes are ok, a couple greens were terrible the rest were alright. Synopsis: Hard Pass. Maybe I’ll give it a try in another year.

Played mid-week, mid-day round on unseasonably cold & cloudy day. Course was almost empty. Lucky for us as we played as a foursome at our own pace. Staff very friendly & accommodating, especially Rico (carts) & Joe (starter/marshal). Greens rolled true but there were a few sand patches (repairing damage) on several. Tees & fairways were in good shape. Recommend this course & hope to return soon.

Course was in reasonably decent shape for the all rain that fell. Starter and rangers were cool snack bar employee was just plain grumpy and a little snappy when one of the kids asked for French fries. And I quote " we're a snack bar not a restaurant" in a sardonic tone. Cheer up lady we tried to be nice to you. We were not the only ones who thought she was grumpy. But hey we played golf brought some kids with us and had fun despite the rain, losing too many balls and a cranky snack bar lady. Cheers P

Always enjoy Buffalo Creek, especially when the pace of play is good.

Our tee time was 11:12, we teed off at 11:45. The pace of play was slow. We believe they worked in groups that arrived without a tee time.

This is a one time bad experience. Usually, all runs smoothly and we enjoy a good round.

We will return.
