This course needs help
Condition of the course is awful the fairways remind me of a cow pasture and the greens are very poorly maintained.
Pace of play is so slow I walked off the course by the 13th hole.
Save your money and your time.

Greens Aeration
When I booked through Golfnow, wasn’t informed greens were being aerated. Had to o play from nine twice. First nine went pretty good but when we went to make the turn, play extremely slowed. Should somehow advertise on Golfnow that greens are being aerated.

Always fun
Rancho isn’t the prettiest looking course (fairways are suspect and never promised a good lie if you are in it) but the layout is great and beautiful scenery. The greens are really good so that makes up for the bad fairways. Keep cutting the dead trees down!

Nice course with great potential
No parallel fairways so chances of getting hit with a ball from another fairway is zero.
With some improvements, this course has the potential to be a top notch place to play.
I would recommend work and improvements be centered on the following:
1. The tee boxes need to be leveled on many of the holes, but there are a few that have been improved such as hole number six.
2. The grass on the fairways is quite sparce, but it is winter and they may improve during the warmer months
3. The sand bunkers are better, but could use more sand.
4. The carts do not have roofs nor windshields. Thus in warm weather players will get more exposure to the sun and in colder days, the carts without a windshield cannot provide any shielding from the cold air as you move forward
