Interesting
This course sits out by itself, no structures or houses around. Each hole is separate, no back and forth fairways. Wonderful views from many holes, several blind shots over hills so first time around is a little adventurous. Overall fun experience, lots of small flowers and clover throughout the fairways, looked like snow , which made spotting your ball a little difficult. Greens were in excellent condition, and grass around green complexes was also nice.
Except for a couple of holes by the road, this was a nice peaceful setting.
Will play it again.
GolfNow points
Sucks that I can’t use my GolfNow points whenever I want! All else is fine
Great day! Wide open, two hour round. Love golf now!!
Great time.
The fairways were in good shape. The greens grass was in good shape but looked as though they needed role them to smooth the surface. The sand in the traps were good and trimmed well. the debris from course trees was cleaned and did not interfere with play. over all great shape .
Nice course except Dirt bunkers
Overall the course is nice and manicured.
Bunkers are dirt.
They need to purchase clean sand from the dunes on Main Street beach and fill all the bunkers.
We paid full price and the water fountain and water falls were not operating.
Unfortunately
Unfortunately we booked for two and when we got there we were paired with another couple and they were very good not like us were just learning the game and not very good so after three holes we politely declined to play any further and left I would love to able to book a twosome though Golf now but I guess that’s not possible
Nice course
Course played fine. Cost was expected fine and the price was right. Greens were meadium quickness.
Great local course
It is a fun and challenging course to play.
They could really make it a more golfer friendly course by investing in:
1. Ball washers at every hole with towels.
2. At least three rakes at every bunker.
3. New red, white and blue flags on greens.
Ball washers are few and far between, empty or old stinky water.
Only one rake per hole can be hard to find.
They only have checkered flags that doesn’t represent any position of the cup.
These small upgrades make a world of difference
Not worth the price
At half the price it would have been fair. Better value at nearby courses, Morro Bay, Dairy Creek, Chalk Mountain, or Paso Robles GC.
The course is in great condition
Pace of play was o k. Greens eas in perfect condition. Freindly staff
Gorgeous views
Gorgeous views. Challenging course. Great not to have two fairways parallel.
better than expected
played on a whim as a single over thanksgiving..... nice classic layout in very good shape......greens were fast and true ..... very playable and walkable.... will play again when in the area
Best public course on the central coast of California.
I play here often. For the amount of players who play here the course is in great shape. The price you pay to golf here is very good. Food is served from opening til 3pm, it is tasty and priced well. Friendliness of the pro shop staff has improved! I would give you a review of the course but that may spoil a first time experience.
