About
Marcus Pointe Golf Club tumbles across 600 acres of rolling woodlands, which is a rare occurrence in the mostly flat Panhandle area. The back nine is where golfers really begin to notice the dramatic undulations. Earl Stone, who has designed several Gulf Coast golf courses, created the layout. He has built his reputation on building playable and affordable courses. While water may not come into play often, golfers will still be kept on their toes by the numerous sand bunkers and an abundance of trees and of course, the tricky angles and elevation changes throughout. The golf course is challenging but fair with a playability that appeals to golfers of all skill levels. The greens are well manicured and keep all abilities in mind. Four sets of tees make Marcus Pointe Golf Club even more accessible.

Great Place to Play
The course is in very good shape. I would say the course is in excellent shape compared to a year ago. We played on a Sunday and the pin placements were difficult. It is a very challenging course. The greens are fast but fair as long as you keep it on the proper side of the hole. If you have a downhill putt be careful. The entire staff is friendly, and they make you fell welcomed! Keep up the good work...
Course in great course. One of the best value for the money.
Rye
They recently oversewed the fairways with winter rye...it's growing in nicely, but becoming too long. It's likely they will mow it soon and then it will be great. Greens are in very nice shape.
There was a glitch with the GPS system that controls the carts...had to swap out the cart at the turn. Hopefully they get that de-bugged soon!
Rainy day
Despite the inclement conditions, course was in fine shape and pace of play was great for a Sunday. Had been a while since I last played here and look forward to getting back soon.
Awesome place to play
Course is in great shape. Staff has been great. Enjoyed how quick Mr. Bunch assisted our group on the golf carts, he has a great attitude. I will continue to make this my primary golf club.
Great Course.
I’ve played Marcus Point several times. The conditions were the best I’ve ever seen. The greens are fast and I would say almost perfect. It’s a fun yet challenging layout. I’ve heard that there is a new owner and the condition of the course shows that they care about the course. My hats off to the entire staff. Keep up the nice work! I’ll be back many more times for sure!
