Always a nice executive course. The greens are playing rough right now after aeration , slitting and sand cover, which takes the fun of the undulations away.
People are usually friendly and accommodating here, but
you can sometimes get caught behind a 4some of exceedingly slow players (who hit the ball 100 feet at a swing), and if they choose to ignore normal golf etiquette and wave a single or a 2some thru, you'll be stuck with lots of time to ponder your next shot.
Play this course. It has its own unique challenges and it's enjoyable but not easy.

Back 9 was closed...wouldn’t give us a rain check..had to go through GolfNow...greens were heavy sanded..really thick sand..

Great course! Greens best I've ever seen, perfect condition but greens so perfect was very challenging! Only negative was after playing, we were starving, went inside to LionsDen for lunch and....NO FOOD!! I guess everyday they have good except Mondays, who knew!

Regulars playing Capt and crew and hitting extra balls and slowed up play and didnt care
sorry about 3 in frt of us with no care about anyone else on course stop talk while others waited in the heat nice to play capt and crew but not hit balls 3 extra times

Course greens are in great shape, but if you are looking for flat greens not the place. We love the challenge this course presents. Kings Gate should be proud of themselves.
