They have no beverage cart and the ice machines at the stops did not work.
Summer Golf
Summer golf……Fairways were great, sand traps were perfect, greens had recently been aerated and sanded. Not crowded, played as a twosome, caught up to a foursome on second hole. Followed them and still finished in 3.5 hours. They have new carts, surprised they don’t have GPS in them
Inexpensive but still wasn't worth it.
All the fairways were badly scraped for maintenance. Small ruts everywhere, enough to ruin the lye.
Greens aerated with so much sand, it got everywhere. Your club grips, hands, legs, face towel.
If I knew, I wouldn't have played.
Disappointed.
Chicken Cesar Salad was fantastic!
The greens were aerated. The fairways were cut rough, had a lot of brown spots and uneven spots. I played there before course was in better shape. I will play it again after all the aeration has grown in.
Sorry but yesterday was the worst round I ever experienced at any golf course down in Florida. When we made the turn on the back nine. We were told by a guy in the pro shop to pick up the pace by three ladies who were members. I'm not a slow player by any means but don't rush me. And I had to experience this on my special day which was my birthday. I just gave up on the back side when they told us to pick up the pace. Lost 7 to eight balls because of being told we were slow.j
The course
The course was nice, the fairways were nice, greens are fast, nice layout it’s hard but not that hard. Im 14 and I either bogeyed or pared every hole.
Twin Isles Country Club
First time playing this course with my Grandson and we loved it. We were not rushed at all. The course was great. Will play again in the future.
Great Find
Found this course while away on work. Typical layout for a 1970s residential course. Sneaky long on some of the Par 4s. Very fair and in really good condition. Lots of OB and water so takes some thinking getting around. Played late afternoon on a Monday and pace of play was 3 hours. Great little find and will definitely return.
Enjoyable course
Reasonably priced and in fairly decent condition. Greens were in good shape. Staff is very friendly!
