Seminole Lakes Country Club

Some holes we waited 20 minutes to play. Groups were backed up as many as 4.

There were no marshals on the course to encourage the group in front to pick up the pace. I am sure there was at least 3 holes between them and the group in front. It took over 4 hours to play 18 holes on an executive course.

Started on hole number 10. All was well until we got to hole number 11. 4 groups waiting to tee off on number 11. Why in Gods name would they send out so many groups so close together???

Mounded greens are in pretty good condition and a challenge to hold the green with your approach shot.

If you are truly desperate to play and have 5 hours to burn on a par 62 course, be my guest.

I guess if I had brought a cooler full of beer, it wouldn’t be so bad.

Greens were short and fast

Tee boxes were beat up

Not a fan of edged greens. A few NP, but course had to many greens with rolled sides. # of par 4,s worked. Will go back

I made reservations for one and when I arrived I checked in with the starter and he said he was putting me with 3 others. He never confirmed who the 3 others were and about 6 minutes after my tee time he finally put me with a group.

The tee boxes were bare and hardly any grass. They must have left the water sprinklers on all night because there was standing water in many places on the course that shouldn’t have water. The pace of play was slow the first 6-7 holes, but then it got better.

Someone said they are going through new management or about to be changing ownership/

management team or something and they figured that the Seminole Gomf course would be better in the near future.

Arrived but my partner's were confused on the times.

The head ranger sent me to the tee and paired me with a twosome. Wasn't exactly what I wanted but I agreed. We were at the green when a ranger came and basically said the starter said the twosome hadn't paid. They provided there receipt and that resolved that issue. The twosome was originally scheduled to tee off at 10:16 and they indicated they were alone. My partners called and were at the clubhouse paying I let the twosome continue and went back to meet my partners and take the twosome's time only to fine that they had bee paired and that spot no longer existed. After a heated argue ment when I proved that the twosome he sent out with me actually was the one he was waiting for. It was after I explained I was a year round player that played multiple days he let me and my partners go

I found that the t boxes were in poor condition and the grounds in general than when I played previously.

A lot of bare areas and a few bad spots on a few greens that were not treat or marked off. The staff is very friendly and the pace of play was fair. We had a slow threesome in front of us . They should have been able to keep up to the foursome in front but they fell behind as the round went on.

It is still very playable, and reasonably priced.

Most all greens slopes off which made for holding on a good shot interesting. But it was still fun for the money.
