Seminole Lakes Country Club

Might as well not had a ranger. There we 3 seniors and 1 super senior with terrible pace. Asl no courtousy to play through even though there was no one in front of them. We stopped after nine we we saw they were continuing. Now for the shape of the course. I usually try to check it out each year to see if it gets better. Guesss what it is the worst I have ever seen it, fareways smashed down and mostly sand except 8 feet arounfd sprinkler heads. T-boxes very patching with poor sod job, Greens and fareways were eating up from bugs to the point you had to move your ball to put and chip to try and find other than sand. The peoere nice though.

The course was very rough overall. The only watering appeared to be on the greens, which were sloping and very fast. Tee boxes were torn up and fairways were weeds and bare dirt.

Greens are imposible to hold a ball on. They are small and impossible to keep the ball from rolling off. Like a pimple ready to pop. Course needs an overhaul. Despite this the staff is very friendly and fun.

But… course is in bad shape. It’s dry, greens are down to dirt n sand and breaking. Tee boxes in fairways due to condition. We loved it when we first moved to area 5 yrs ago but the last year it’s really gotten bad. Good for practice but about it.

The course was absolutely terrible! Greens were all torn up, fairways and tee boxes had more sand than the traps, the traps were like cart paths, and god forbid you hit it in the rough. I am seriously considering calling golf now for a refund. Those 4 star reviews, I’m not sure where they can from. They need to invest a great deal of money to charge what they charge here or lower the greens fees to like $15/cart.

This course is abismal. The greens are terrible and the whole course is sand. I wish I never played here.
