Seminole Lakes Country Club

This a great course for my wife and I to play together. We have now played once each week while in the Ft Myers area. Today the course was wet and many ball plug situations. Staff were friendly and talkative, helpful. My criticism is the many bites we both received today. This necessitated a stop at pharmacy for anti itch cream and bug repellent for any future golf. Seminole Lakes could have offered to each group when checking in.

Dont sell any beverages ,we ran out of water to drink. Quite afew water holes on course, no rakes in sand traps. Good value for the money.

Both this course and GolfNow have failed me. The course called 20 min before our tee time to cancel after we were almost there. They did not contact golf now to get me a refund and golf now cannot get a hold of them. Golf now's service is also really bad.

The course cancelled because they said it was wet. Every other course in town was open. Luckily we were able to get on at King's Gate.

I really like the course. Not too challenging but not too easy. Greens, Tee Boxes & Fairways in excellent shape.

Course needs a little work to get back to where it was last year. Conditions were a little disappointing

We were a twosome so the pace of play was a little slow. But overall everything was great.

Overall a very good value for the money, especially if using Golf Now Hot Deal. Course was generally dry but otherwise in good condition. We were able to play 18 in 2 hours and 55 minutes.

Will not go back because of being attacked by mosquitoes!!!

It was a great time . . . not too many out there . . . a group almost caught us by the 18th hole, but really we played at our own pace and finished in barely over 3 hours.

I know there are some there that complain about the speed of the greens, but we love them. We had three birdie chip-ins today!

One of the greatest things about this course is their greens. I know some would prefer slower, but our group of 10+ MUCH prefers the faster greens. I've never heard anyone in our group complain about the speed of the putts. Actually that's what makes it the challenge that it is. However, a few times we've played and the pin placements were really bad. The 12th green is plenty hard enough without putting it on the edge of the downslope!! Traps and bunkers could use some love too.

Course is overplayed. No grass in the fairways, like playing on -hardpan. Greens are

Ightning fast and crowned. Hard to hold a chip. Course is basically unfair.

I tell people if you shoot a decent round at Seminole Lakes you can play anywhere. Good fast greens and over all course is in good shape right now. Front 9 has good par 3's along with 2 good par 4's. Back 9 is good layout. You will use almost every club in your bag on this course.
