Coweta Club at Arbor Springs Plantation

We played early in the day. The fairways and greens were in great shape. There is however a lot of tall grass to lose your ball in. We lost 3-4 but found 3-4.

It was challenging and look forward to playing it again real soon.

Very very hilly!

I was very impressed with how well kept and put together this course was. There was a little work being done on a couple of holes but nothing that could take away from the how great the course is overall and the design. I will definitely play here again.

Played the course on Mother's Day and there were very few golfers. Maybe saw 2 other groups all day. Great clubhouse. the range is crowded by trees which is odd. Very hilly course for the south side of Atlanta. In EXCELLENT shape. One of the better maintained courses in Atlanta. Small greens, narrow spots to hit off off tees, and a very hilly course make this an extremely challenging course. This may explain the sparse crowds. For the money and location (not a bad drive) I'd recommend everyone play once and then decide if it's too challenging.

Coweta Club at Arbor Springs is a course that I play frequently, particularly when it is available as a Hot Deal on Golf Now. It is always in very good shape and provides a wonderful challenge. I'm still in the beginning phases of golfing, so for me this course is somewhat difficult as it has many tight fairways off the tee and some small greens as well. Even at the regular weekday Golf Now rate of $40, this is still a good deal. Greens were aerated recently so they rolled inconsistently during yesterdays round, but I am certain they'll be in great shape within a few weeks as the season gets going.

Even in the winter with the grass dormant, the course was challenging. Probably a lot harder in the spring and summer but each hole was beautiful and the greens fast. Most holes require a straight drive because the fairways are narrow. Cart paths need some work but overall this is a very nice course..

Interesting layout with plenty of elevation changes. The greens are in great shape and very tricky. This is a must play course.

Tees had grass. Fairways were bermuda. Greens were excellent for winter. The course was very challenging.

I always enjoy playing this course - when I can afford it. The course is on the tough side, IMO. The fairways are great. Greens are nice, though rather challenging. Pace is usually very good. Menus are on the 9th and 10th hole so you can order food ahead.
Has driving range and putting green.

One of my favorite layouts around but every time I have played it the greens have been slow and in poor condition. I will play it again because I love the layout so much but hopefully the greens are better next time

Beautiful course. Great mix of holes. Green complexes are exceptional,and in great shape.

A lot of tee boxes require carry over hazards which require accuracy to remain in play. Played numerous times and has become one of my favorite courses in Atlanta. Bring alot of balls if its your first time @course. I played with a nationwide tour player and he said it was a challenging course so...

Arbor Springs at Coweta club has always been one of my favorites in the Newnan area. The staff is great and the greens roll true. During the past couple of years the fairways and tee boxes have had an almost complete makeover or an incredible growing season. Though the course is a bit of a challenge for the overacheiver the golf carts feature a course layout/map with suggestions for each whole which, for the most part, are pretty accurate and good advice. Things like the 250-270 yard par 4 on the back nine create an inspiring potential eagle for even the average golfer. As long as I can keep finding deals here I'll definitely keep coming back.

As a novice and for a public golf course this was a great golfing experience! Very well kept course and very challenging. Will be back and I recommend this course to everyone!!!

A bit of a hidden gem.

Really is a nice flowing track. From the tips it will give you all you can handle.

Greens were solid. Not stellar but very nice.

Cart path, fringe areas could use work but the core course (tee boxes, fairways, greens, bunkers) all in good shape.

Well worth the cash, especially if you get a Hot Deal on Golf Now.

Lots of elevation changes and challenges - about half of the greens are elevated with enough slope to send your ball back down the hill if you fail to land softly. Great condition - everything on the course was very well kept. Every once in a while, you just have to stop - stand - and watch the hawks above or the Deer as they stroll across the fairways.

Have played Coweta Club on several occasions and have found the course to be in very good condition the staff in the clubhouse is always friendly and helpful. A definate play.

The course was in very good shape and is a moderately challenging course. The play was slow due to three groups of players.

one of the best public course in the atlanta area always in great shape well taken care of and great challenges they use to give cold towels in the hot atl summers wish this would come back. good food nice pro shop.

This course has had it's ups and downs over the years but this is certainly an UP year. The crew has been working hard and it shows. The Coweta Club is considered by many to be a difficult course and has a tee box for every ability. The cart paths are in need of some attention but the fairways, tee boxes, sand traps and especially the greens are all in excellent shape. This course will not disappoint, especially at the Golfnow price, so give it a try.
