Riverside Golf Course

Tee boxes are sand filled currently. Several fairway's are in need of repair and some are under repair. Greens are in good condition, very fast! Course is worth playing especially for the "Hot deal" rate.

My Cousin and I took our wives to ride along for a fun round of golf. The course was in fair condition and the staff were all ultra-friendly. The course has an interesting layout, with having to at times weave up and down streets between houses to get between some of the holes. And the abundance of water and numerous sand traps that were well-maintained made it a challenging round. I think we’ll be back real soon.

Riverside Club is a nice value course that is good for newer players or players that are out of practice and want to get better again and restore their confidence. Fairways were rough in places but the greens were in decent shape with very few bad spots. I would play this course again.

The course was not crowded and it was in generally good shape. The sand traps were raked and the sand was soft and plentiful, something I have not seen at other local courses. The greens were in excellent condition and fairly quick given the recent rains. In all, it was a good day.

Great course for the cost. Don’t plan on playing only 9 holes though! The 9th green is about as far way from the clubhouse you can get. We had a very slow group in front of us that we eventually just skipped the hole and played on. Plenty of wildlife to look at!

We played last sat. We had the course all to ourselves no one was there.. I cant figure out why no one is playing this course at this rate and convenience .The staff was awesome .There is a couple of tee boxes being fiexed up. But over all we had a great time. We had a better time here than three weeks ago paying $65 at a $100 course

This was an odd course. The layout is in the middle of a modular home community. It was tight at some points and open at others. The greens were in amazing shape, but the fairways were non-existent. Fairways had no distinction between them and the rough and did not appear as they did in the photos. Tee boxes were slightly overgrown as well. The other oddity of this course was that there is not a distinction between the front 9 and the back 9 like every other course I have ever played at. You don't play hole 9 back into the clubhouse, but rather farther away and only return to the clubhouse upon the completion of hole 18. Also, practice ranges for this course run along with hole number 8 if I remember correctly which was very odd. For the price of the round and condition of play, I felt like I was overpaying which probably explains why the course was so empty.

Been here twice and each time only had half the holes available to play due to “weather,” I believe the staff were just lazy and didn’t want to open the whole course since I’ve now heard that same excuse twice and both times those holes looked fine to play on. The holes that were open were very poorly maintained and the price was definitely not worth playing those same holes twice. Dry patches everywhere in the fairways and half the tee boxes were in bad shape or unavailable due to maintenance so you’d be teeing off from the rough. So many better courses in the area, so don’t even bother with this one. I won’t again.

This course is definitely on my radar now. Look forward to my next round here.

Staff in the pro shop was nice, the course looked good, and The pace of play was great!

After reading some of the reviews I wasn’t really sure what to expect going in. That said the course far exceeded my expectations. The staff in the golf shop was incredibly friendly and very accommodating, especially when I made a booking mistake. Five stars to that gentlemen. I understand the comments made about the lack of grass or it being spotty. When we arrived the tee boxes were being re sodded and the fairways have obviously been going through some maintenance. That said come spring time I’m guessing it will be in great condition. The greens had recently been aerated but still played well. The greens were pleasantly challenging and will also be very nice come spring. For the price I don’t think you can do much better. Will definitely be back.

If I knew what I'd gotten myself into I wouldn't have made a tee time even if it were 99 cents. So much space and potential ruined by poorly thought out design. The course layout itself is beyond any common sense, and there is no signage to assist with navigation. In fact, the starter wished us "good luck" figuring out where to go and how to play the mess that is this course. I was not told until arrival that several holes were closed and, confusingly, those holes appeared to be in better shape than the marsh that was open. There are no sidewalks and inadequate engineering to keep the green to any level of playability. This place is a joke, will not be coming back.

Multiple tee boxes under repair and should have been disclosed prior to tee time booking.

Not even worth the hot deal.

Fairway are being lost to weeds.

It’s a shame because the layout has potential.

Would like a refund.

The course is filling out nicely. Tee boxes and green in good shape, Greens on the slow side but aggressive putting pays off. Good course to learn your game at a rate you can afford. Challenging enough to keep you interested. Good people all around. Have fun and learn the game people. Be polite and play around any slow foursomes.

Arrived and wasn’t given the t time assigned! They had members lined up in front of our time! Got off about an hour later ! They said it’s golf now fault! Would like a refund of my five dollars for the time!
