Riverside Golf Course

Greens were in good shape and fast. Fairway grass very thin and short. Decent for the money.

Well laid out holes with water hazzards. 30mph wind added to the challenge. Fairways were parched and grass sparse

Great little course but the fairways are almost devoid of grass. The greens, however, are actually pretty good. I like the layout and the staff is great, I would recommend with reservations.

This is the second time we have played this course. The first run was abbreviated due to excessive rain. Other than some obvious work that needs to be done to rejuvenate the fairways, this was a fun day out with an interesting course layout. One other comment...what course in the middle of season has its bar and grill closed on a Sunday??? That's nuts!

Greens and sand traps in great shape fairway dry and to many bare spots hard pan

There were 3 of us and there was a lot of waiting and back up for first 9 holes then it evened out. Lost a lot of balls due to steep banks to water and lots of it. First time Ive put so many balls in bunkers lots of those also. Kinda of a windy in and out serpentine kind of course but I see its so you always can come back to main place for restrooms I guess. Lots of crossing streets and in a newly developing neighbourhood of construction. Some greens were very slow and the fairways need work but I had fun cause I love golfing.Thanks

We love the course, great layout, interesting holes but the condition of the fairways is terrible this year.. No grass!. Greens are reasonable but a bit slow. Staff are very friendly and pace of play was great, 3 1/2 hrs. In this condition it is not good value.

We were very surprised and thrilled at the lack of traffic and quietness. Excellent water and sand trap challenges with sneaky greens. Really enjoyed the day!

Fairways atrocious for most part.

Greens were mostly great except for how slow they were.

Arrived 12 minutes before my tee time but my 4some was let go early. Hooked up with a twsome who were great.

It was very obvious that the weather had been dry, the course was dry and hard and the ponds and lakes were low, so much so that some of the water hazards were not evident from the tees. This being said the course was still in decent condition and was enjoyable to play.

The gentleman in the Pro Shop was very friendly and and did something that was unexpected, he actually introduced the members of my foursome to each other, since we consisted of a couple and two singles. This made the hookup very easy.. Very friendly staff.

The course is a little different in that you play 11 holes before get back too the club house .

If one can find one’s rhythm, one can put up a solid round. Hit it like you mean it, around the greens, and one can fare well. Beware of overconfidence.

Upon arrival, the Pro Shop gave us instructions since this was our 1st time. (*very friendly) It had rained the night before, so #5 & #9 had minor issues. Course was fairly easy, but pretty gusty winds made it challenging to hit GIR. Greens were very soft due to rain, so stopping the ball from 200yds out was stupid easy. Most of the fairways looked like ground under repair. #17 green had some sod recently replaced, not a big deal. Going from green to tee box between some holes was a little awkward since you have to follow the signs provided & cross the neighborhood roads. **Beware if you Right Hand Slice/Left Hand Hook the ball as there are homes that line the fairways mostly along the back 9. Would be nice if the fairway sprinkler heads had yardages.
