Renditions Golf Course is a unique layout that features replicas of holes from U.S. Open or PGA Championship venues. Given each hole is modeled after holes from around the world, the course offers plenty of variety ranging from parkland to links. Holes six through nine are replicas of Augusta National's famous Amen Corner. Like their inspiration, Renditions' versions are a formidable test. The golf course offers a round unlike any other. Nowhere else would you be able to get a taste of golf's most well known courses all in one place. After several hundred trees were added to the landscape, which was formerly the site of a sand mining operation, it was completely transformed into the perfect setting for golf, enhanced even further by the Patuxent River that flows nearby.

"Amen Corner," the "church pews", and the "island green" all in one day!

Great concept. This course delivers. It was easy to imagine the galleries gathered around the greens as we made our approaches. Staff was efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Must play for any golf fan!

Truly a great experience playing these replica holes, especially Augusta Amen Corner and the 17th from Sawgrass. It had rained very hard the night before we played and the course was in great shape, but not too much roll in the fairways (that was to be expected). The greens were true and consistent. The pace was great (4 hours). The staff was absolutely fantastic and helpful. I can't wait to go back and play it again when the fairways are rolling.

Surprisingly slow

When I booked a 11am tee time on a Monday I expected fairly wide open play, it was but only the first 4 or 5 holes. Then it was a log jam with 3-4 groups packed together. I ended up skipping the final 2 holes after 4 hours as I had to get my kids from school. Conditions seemed fair but several greens were in bad shape.

Wow, what a course!

Right from the first hole you can see how great this course is! The 6, 7, and 8 replicas of Amen Corner are amazing, and the island green on the 13th is challenging, but really enjoyable. Well maintained, and definitely worth every penny!

Great course to represent golf history

Loved the GPS and flyover review of each hole and historical significance. Pretty well maintained but need to have greens repaired more with ball marks. Also need signs to show half way house because its really not half way. Other than what I mentioned, well worth paying the price.

Awesome experience at a good price

Place is expensive, but it seems pretty comparable relative to the area, and it's well worth it. Gives you an opportunity to play some of the classic holes the pros play, within reason of course (greens are somewhat slower/flatter, rough isn't as long, etc.). Overall, a very fun experience.

Great course You'll enjoy it.

Nice track. Conditions and greens are what make it so nice. Greens are flat and quick. On our day looked as though they hadn't moved them in a couple days though. Lots of foot traffic around the hole made for a few bumpy putts. Playing from the tips does make it more challenging. But our group had 4 single digit handicappers and no one shot outside of the 70"s. Fun course. Staff was great. Meagan on the cart was super cool and around all day. The had a deal on the island green. 10 dollars and keep it on the green and win a shirt. We won 3 out of 4 shirts. Pretty good deal. Was just a wedge shot. But a beautiful hole.

Enjoy the course.

Don't bother

While it's a clever gimmick to play holes modeled after tour courses, this club overrates itself -- and overcharges -- for a pretty average experience. The day we played the greens had been aerated and were extremely sandy. No advance notice and, of course, no break on the cost. Despite the fact that you're paying "to play the holes the pros play," you certainly aren't getting it the way the pros play it.

I also tried to redeem a Deal Caddie coupon which had expired but the manager refused to accept it for full value. Eventually (weeks later) he relented but only under duress and only issuing a few dollars' credit (which will never be used). Save your money and play a nice course instead.

I don't understand. Why should the manager be expected to redeem an expired coupon?

Great course

This is a great course. It was cart path only but pace of play wasn't bad. The course was in great condition. A little soft on the greens. You must hit the right part of the green or be ready for roller coaster putts. I would play this track again.

Great course, even for beginners!

Let me start off by saying, IT IS AN AMAZING COURSE! Being a high handicapped beginner, I still had a great time. After the 2hr rain delay the course drained very well, with the exception of some sand traps. Well maintained grounds and superb layout, hole wise. The only issue is that the 9th doesn't come back to the club house, so rain makes for a long ride back. The fairways are in great shape, the best I've ever played on, but don't land in the rough or you'll have to club up twice to get your normal distance. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, even gave some good advice. I'll definitely play it again.

Good experience

Can't ask for much more. Country club like service at a public course. Fairways, bunkers, and tee boxes were all in great shape. Greens were still a little bumpy from areiation but not too terrible. I liked the experience of playing replicated holes from PGA tour courses. Amen Corner and 17 at TPC sawgrass were definitely the highlights.
