The fairways are cut too short there’s very little surface to hit from in several places. Rough alongside each of the ponds with a slope or cut too short… Nothing to stop a ball from running down the hill. Some of the cart paths Need a lot of help.

Everything was fine except the quality of my golf golf

A nice course with some pretty holes. Don't know why it doesn't get more play.

Pace of play was terrible. Four ball ahead of us was 4 holes behind the Four Ball ahead. Great cards but course condition is terrible.

Weather wasn't great the day I played but for the money, it's hard to beat. Not terribly crowded and the course was challenging enough for my level.

Nice layout with overseeded Fairways and greens. Some greens are getting invaded with small grass clumps which need treated before they take over the greens. Bunkers aren't very playable.

Course is wide open and forgiving for those that have errant shots. Hazards are well placed and not unfair to the occasional player.

Several tee boxes (par 3s) need rest. Most other boxes are good to very good .

Fairways are good, but I believe the turf could use a little more length.

Greens are fast.

I come to this area every winter but haven't played this course in a while. I don't remember why I quit, but I'm sorry I did. It's an older course and could use some more revenue for improvements, but I'm impressed with what they accomplish. The greens are quite tricky. You see a lot of break on some, but the break is minimal..It looks like they could use some water also. The bunkers could use some more sand too. I mean, you're on the Florida coast! How hard could it be to come up with sand? That's about all the negatives. The rest was positive. It's a really cool layout with enough challenge for most any player. I especially liked the par threes. I immediately booked another round, so that says it all.

Mixed grasses on greens making it difficult to put later in the day. Weeds grew and grass didn't so the ball did not roll true on greens with these weeds.

Rates little high for early morning rounds. Overall, a decent course.

course was in great shape for this time of year. Green running true. Friendly staff and overall a great day.

I'm from the upper Midwest where we only have 6-7 months of playable conditions. We have just recently started coming down to SWFL for the winters. Why is it that every course in these price ranges are average conditions at best? $65 - $130, poor bunker maintenance, trees still down from 2-3 years ago, fairways and off the fairways the grass is very thin. I just don't get.
