Native Oaks Golf Club

We paid 100 dollars to play a five hour round that had mud everywhere, patchy green's with large dirt spots on right of the eighteen greens. No water in ball cleaners and despite having a ton of grass on practice range,regulated to mats .Look the course isn't bad, but four hundred dollars for a foursome is a joke .It's a sixty dollar course max and this is the epitome of price gouging .

They noted that the greens had just been aerated but they were really pretty good. The people I was playing with were very nice and the pace of play was pretty decent. I really enjoyed my round and will definitely be back soon.

Native Oaks is a legitimate challenge for a single digit handicap, and also fairly doable from the shorter tees. (But you do have to drive it straight from any of the tees). The greens were surprisingly very playable, having only bee aerated a day or two previous. The staff seems to try hard to be personable. Grass range was nice (but needed mowing). No real clubhouse.

As nice as any course we’ve played in SoCal over the last 6 weeks. Great fairways, tees, greens and bunkers. Interesting layout and fun to play. Don’t miss this one.

Native Oaks is a well-kept golf course. The whole course is in pristine condition, and the staff is the best. They make you feel like you are part of the family. I play all over SD and this hidden gem is my #1

It's winter. There isn't a course I've played that comes close to the conditions of this course. It's in top shape. Greens roll true. Hats off to the groundskeeper because they're doing what seemingly no one else can. Great layout. Chellenging for sure. A little pricey, but what isn't out here? At least you're getting what you paid for out here. Highest recommendation to everyone.

Great golf course, the front nine requires good placement off the tee. Number 5 is long and the approach over water is very difficult. The back nine suggests smart club selection off the tee, you can leave the driver in the bag until 18, or pick a good line. Greens were fast and true.

This is my second time to play in San diego visit.

Good price, nice lay out the course.

Came in w/o expectations. Surprise Surprise

First time playing this course. Conditions were great from tee to green. I couldn’t be happier with my round and with the friendliness of the staff.

The course was great and I look forward to playing it again after they mow the lawn. At the time I played they were letting the over seed grow out. Lost several balls in the fairway as the could not be found and extra time was spent looking for balls that would otherwise be easily found. So although there were some frustrating conditions, I enjoyed it and will play here again.

Had a blast. Friendly staff. Course was in good condition. Will be back.

Outstanding customer service. From the starter to the pro shop; top notch. The problem is their rates considering the course, proximity and its conditions. The layout is fun and it’s a beautiful area. I had been looking at it for a while and thought maybe the rate would reflect the conditions. Sadly that’s not the case. Anything over the $112 mark or even over $87 for twilight, should be next level above the local muni. There’s even a $139 rate next Saturday early morning, which is laughable. Dry dirt in most bunkers, large areas unkept and not mowed. On 18 there was actually weeds growing up through the sand with large high and uneven grass surrounded them. Great place if it were priced similar to say Mt. Woodson or even The Vineyards which are cheaper and better kept. Not same rates as say the Crossings or even Arrowood which are both considerably better tracks and even less expensive.

the course is in great shape, greens are excellent great layout best course I played on this area.

....and less bumpy. They appear to be fast but have to use a good pop stroke to keep it going. Other than that, all good.
