Great conditioning!!
a little gem of a course! for homeowner play only so very little play and the greens can run fast with good undulation - tees, fairways, bunkers and greens are right up there condition-wise with local private country clubs - go figure! Views from a few spots of the surrounding mountains are spectacular! I play with only 6 clubs to keep it challenging but with 3 short 4-pars, it is quite a fun place to play. Greens are used so little that it is hard to find a blemish or mark on them... Guests can play for $4 for 18 holes with homeowners, who play for FREE - in my opinion, best deal in N County!!
