When i arrived to the course i didn’t know what to expect. However i was very surprised to see for a course this small a hidden gem. Absolutely beautiful greens abs the bunkers have soft sand. Would i absolutely reccomend to the average loving golfer

Great place to get better… Greens are the best public in the city and the course is a great 9 holes.

Super walkable as well

As good as expected for short course.

Although mixed with foot golfers all were cordial

I booked a tee time with a cart only to find no carts were available. They did offer us push carts but no refund for the carts booked through Golf Pass.

Will not return to Harvey Penick due also to the poor conditions of the course.

I spontaneously booked a trip from Houston, making a reservation to play this course based on its reviews. Upon arriving, I discovered I reserved for the wrong day, but the staff was accommodating, allowing me to enjoy their well-maintained course. The greens and fairways were excellent, reflecting the staff's dedication to upkeep. The pace of play was impressive.

In addition, witnessing the youth in their first tee program added to the overall positive experience. I'll certainly book this course again when I'm in Austin.

The course is really shaping up for spring. The fairways are lush and green. The greens are a little slow and fuzzy, but that’s to be expected when they’re try to grow them in slowly for the hot summer. The pace of play was excellent, no one in front or back of me. I walked with my pull cart 9- holes in 1hr 15 minutes. A vey nice day on the course.

Really friendly staff. Play at your own pace. My wife is a new golfer and she liked that she didn’t feel pushed and pressured. I am not new at the game. Course not in great shape but it wasn’t expensive so I was happy for my wife.

Decent layout, friendly staff and good value for the money. Little confusing the first time you play here with the Soccer Golf layout in parallel.

If your use to a normal course, this isn't a good option in my opinion.

The fairways were good, and greens are the best I can remember. Speed was faster than usual there.

They had golfers walking and it slowed everyone in a cart down. I would not recommend a good golfer to go here.

Staff- couldn't have been nicer, or more welcoming!

Groundspeople- they were present everywhere and you get the impression they are trying to invest in better conditions

Course layout- a little confusing but they try to post signage with what little they seem to have available to them. Not the most challenging but good enough for beginners and mediocre golfers for sure

Course conditions- all things considered, a fair amount of green out there, not alot of dead grass.

Golf cart- definitely seen better days (ripped off upholstery and holes that should be covered/repaired) but clean and had everything needed!
