Sandpiper Golf Club - Oaks/Lakes Course

Nice layout. Small greens are on decent shape. Fairways have lot of uneven, grass with some weeds. Still a fun course, but other courses in the area are better for the price.

Not a bad course for beginners and beyond. Greens kept in good shape.

First of all the cost golf now indicated we would owe did not include tax which was a surprise, I brought my pushcart and walked the front nine as we are both immune-compromised we did not want to be in the cart together. At the green, on the 10th we were chased down by a club official and told there is no walking allowed, and he took my cart back to the club house. We were not holding anyone up as we had to wait on every hole for the group in front of us.Where were the notifications? Where was the starter when we began the round to tell us? Where is the respect for covid that they employed in many other respects such as not even taking cash! They were not pleasant and it set a very bad tone for the rest of the round. Not sure if I will go back

Needs some manicuring but was ok, the sand in the traps is awful though it’s dirt and sand mix but I have say this it was easy to get out of them

Slow play on front side but sailed around on back. Some groups in front only played nine. Great layout

We had a great time the course is in very good condition. Very crowded this day but all the people were really having a good time during and after the round.

I enjoy this course so much. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. IT's a keeper.

The course was is much better shape this January as compared to January 2020. Looking forward to playing again. Hope I bring my A game next time though.

This is an ok layout. I found it odd to have a series of 340- to 360-yard par 4s, then a 212 yard par 3 to a tiny green. If you spray the ball off the tee, this course is for you, as there are wide fairways, and very little trouble even off the fairway. Most noticeable are the tiny greens, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but these were really small. I suspect the greens were larger at one time but maybe reduced in size for maintenance purposes, as there usually is plenty of fringe, and some of the green side bunkers are unnaturally too far from the edge of the current green. Course condition was good. I played Oaks and Lakes.

This course has 5 different tee boxes, from friendly to the tips. Every golfer should find one that fits his/her game. Pace of play was above average. Small greens but they rolled well.

Course was in really good shape but a nearly 3 hour front 9 was too slow. After arriving at 10 to find 2 foursomes waiting at the tee, we just left after playing only 9.
