Greens in bad condition, fairway grass kept at too long a length.

Greens very slow I just played the sister course and the greens were a 11 or better. I am guessing they had punched maybe 4 weeks ago and the greens were growing back. the fairways and t boxes need attention. The reason for 4 stars I liked the layout but the course could use some attention.

I played Saturday as a twosome in very hot weather. Considering it has been very dry for this time of year, the course is in very good condition. It was 96 degrees so that kept a lot of people off the course. We played 18 holes in about 3 hours. The greens are in very nice shape. Bring lots of water, because they do not have a cart person.

As always, this course was well maintained. Very few out playing, so we were not rushed and could rest for a few minutes under the shade as it was very hot during our round. Paid $20 for a round which included cart.

Only real bad thing was the pace of play was extremely slow. On a Saturday morning there was no course marshal anywhere to be found to keep the pace of play where it should be. No on course beverage cart either.

Only two greens had some crazy weeds on the edges, would be the only negatives for the days. However, they did not mess with the actual putting surface. The fairways are perfect. Always enjoy...Mr. Jim in the club house is always welcoming and friendly. I look forward to the next round.

THIS COURSE WAS IN FAIRLY GOOD SHAPE, HOWEVER THERE WERE LOTS OF LARGE WEEDS, ESPECIALLY ON THE EDGE OF THE GREEN SO PUTTING FROM OFF THE GREEN WAS DIFFICULT. THE TEE BOXES COULD USE SOME WORK ALSO.

Course was very wet and the grass was very thick. Only played nine holes before it started raining.

Worth the price and not a bad course. I would go back and play.

Greens have recovered nicely from recent aeration, Still some areas of some greens need attention. Finally all bunkers have fresh sand, last week the bunkers were hard packed dirt, almost impossible to hit out of. Tee boxes need some TLC!! For 25 bucks. this course will be a regular addition to my golf outings. Vast improvement in the last couple or weeks.

Played the Lakes and Oaks nines. Lakes course was in good shape but the greens on the Oaks course were very bad.....appears to be more problematic than just recovering from aeration. Fairways were good on both courses.

This is not a difficult course but overall, the greens are much smaller than other courses in the area. Lakes course is fairly open but the Oaks course requires accuracy off the tee. Appears more open than is the case.

Well maintained rough and fringe areas around the greens.

Nice layout. Tee boxes a mess! Pretty evident Canadian ownership not putting any cash into this facility. All areas showing their age.

Fun Course, played Oaks to Lakes. Would like to come back and play Palms! Loved the layout of the course. It had rained a lot the night before so the course was very wet with lots of standing and casual water. The Oaks greens were not in great shape but worked. The Lakes was in better shape, but still typical summer time course conditions. We had a really good deal so was worth what we paid. :-)

I was disappointed with the greens on oaks and lakes they appear to have a fungus or insect problem , bare spots on every green.Certainly not worth the $30. This is the worst I have ever seen the course.

Sand Piper is one of our favorite courses in our rotation. Course conditions are always great and we love their practice facilities. The greens are speedy and well groomed.

The course was in very good condition except for a few brown spots, but it IS that time of year. Nice views. picking two of three nine hole courses was a different experience. Enjoyed my day there!

Great course, somewhat challenging I will definitley play this course again.
