It’s a waste
It’s a waste of a great track to not put money into it. Fairways are like going 4 wheeling and the bunkers have fill dirt with rocks the can nick a club head The greens have poa annua popping up and they won’t roll straight Please please make the needed improvements

It’s getting better
It’s getting better. They’ve put some work in but the bunkers are mostly terrible. There are Finn cycle rentals, which is awesome

Timmy’s Review
Off the fairway wasn’t pretty....lots of mud and not a lot of grass. Most of the time I’m in the fairway so it didn’t impact me much. Greens are absolutely beautiful and rolled very true. I can only hope they get some grass to grow off the fairway. Enjoyed my day!

Greens were good fairways and tea boxes in rough shape

Meh
Clubhouse front door was locked, had to walk around back. Guy behind the register was NOT a happy camper, nor in any kind of hurry to get me moving. I like the course layout, but the condition was pretty bad, with little grass (although the greens were actually good). My irons were caked with clay even though I kept the ball in play. I even hit a 370 yard drive (not exaggerating) because it was so dry and hard.

Meh
This is an amazing course that's in terrible condition. The course desperately needs money and maintenance equipment. The clubhouse desperately needs new employees who care, and a deep clean.
So sad.
This could be the best place to play in the Triangle.
