Winter Golf
Cloudy day with temps in mid 40's. No wind . Its what I would expect for winter conditions. Tee boxes are okay, fairways a little better , sand traps hard with compacted sand and greens bumpy with more than a few divots. There has been 3 separate snow storms of 1 to 3 inches and some pretty cold nights. There are patches of snow and ice in various shady areas of the course , but worth the play so long as temps are in the 40"s. I have played here in the summer and it can only get better from Late January to spring. Staff is friendly and accommodating , Call ahead in winter. The Range was closed because they haven't been able to collect the range balls on account the ground has been wet and soggy. If you have been playing badly all day, the last 4 holes I think are the easiest as they play adjacent to each other ( wide open) and a bad slice can be found and played off the other fairway.
Another great day
We were greeted with fantastic weather and excellent playing conditions. Pace of play was consistent and the fairways and greens were like a round in the spring. Hats off to the keeper and all involved. I'm still going to keep it a secret
Great Relaxing Place to Play
Always a great day at QC ... space between holes ... out in the country. Interesting layout requires all your clubs and shots.
Course is a lot of fun with a good combination of easy and challenging holes. Small greens were in good shape, quick and lots of contour. Views are really nice. Course conditions were very good except for the tee boxes which can use some TLC.
Excellent course
Our group drive over an hour to play at this course every weekend. Great course and top notch customer service.
Really like this course for my level of play. Challenging, but no so much that I never would want to play again. Wide open enough to be forgiving. Greens in excellent shape througout the several times I've played here this past summer given how much traffic the course gets.
Great course!
Excellent layout. Slick greens and a variety of scenic holes make this course a gem! Friendly staff is the cherry on the cake.
