fairways were good condition, greens were smooth and fast. Pin location was challenging. Its in the Boonies but I will play again whenever i'm in this area.
Surprise...Surprise...Surprise
Yes, I was surprised. I rolled up to a course in the middle of no-where with a trailer proshop and a deck that is need of repair. But whoa...;. all the superficial trappings belied the actual condition of the course. The fairway and green were in great shape.... the course was grromed with all the leaves removed. I saw the maintenance folks blowing the leaves and debris off the course. The layout was good. This turned out to be a gem of a course disguised as a hole-in-the-wall. Who ever is responsible for the maintenance of this course deserves a pat on the back and recognition for a job well done. The only improvement area I saw was the sand traps need to be worked and more sand added. Definitely a course that I will look forward to playing again in the future. Well worth the one hour drive each way that I invested.
After all that rain!
And the course was in outstanding condition considering all the monsoon rain the night before.
Great job guys.
Great round
This course does a good job of mixing up distances, there are holes for every club and every shot shape. The greens rolled well, just a touch on the slow side but manageable with minor adjustment to stroke firmness.
Five sets of tees means no matter your skill level or length you can play this course.
There are no facilities on the course itself but the staff gave me a heads up before going out so I made sure my water jug was topped off.
For the price it is tough to beat this fun course.
Greens
Greens not good at all. Pace of play horrible on back 9. A lot of weekend golfers which is fine but pick the pace up please
Fantastic day !!
The course was in pretty good shape. The greens had been irritated so not as good as normal. This course is maintained well and is one of our favorite places to play. It’s not the hardest but for my wife a I it is a blast. Very reasonable price and worth a visit.
18 holes
Shouldn’t have 5 people in a group really slows things down. Seen it twice this weekend.
Great Beginner Course
Even though the course titles saids beginners, if played from the back tees, QC can reach 6900 yards. The fairways are wide open! So, swing away. There are plenty of dog legs to make you take your foot off the gas. The greens are in decent shape. There are plenty of water hazards.
Wonderful
Played this course after friends suggested it. It was in great shape. Took a lot of photos of lush fairways. Greens were slower than others in the area but but a problem. Guests should fix divots.
Online Booking
Course was in great condition, greens were slow (ball marks not repaired).
I was charged $5.00 extra because I booked on line. If I would have called the course for the (Senior rate), I would have saved money.
So course is in very good condition but, online booking works well but cost more.
Good value track. Brand new carts. Cooler friendly!
$23 round with a cart. The boxes and fairways are GREAT and the rough is very playable. The greens are cared for, it seems. However, it appears no one who plays there fixes their ball marks. Most of the greens are cratered. Don’t even think about putting on a Par 3 as those greens look like a mine field and roll like one too. Again I think they are cared for like the rest of the course. Just no one fixes their ball marks. I was fixing marks from the morning rounds my entire 18. It’s a shame because with nice greens, this course would be right there with some $80-100 courses in the state for a 1/5 of the cost. But still for $23 you can’t beat it. I will be back many times. The brand new Yamaha Alternating Current carts are awesome. Comfy seats and good storage. No water jugs on the course but they are cooler friendly! Super friendly staff and greens crew guys. A real hidden gem
