Loved this hole! Just get it up in the air and gravity takes over! Longest drive I’ve had all year!! Photo submitted by Drewhef on 09/07/2019

Tillery Golf
I got there and they told me only the back nine was open due to aerification of the greens on the front side. I played the back nine twice in two hours. The greens and fairways are great but they need to cut the tee boxes because the grass is too high. I played at 1:45 in the afternoon so no excuses why they weren't cut. Staff very nice and I love the course because of layout and no house's.
Greens
The greens were super slow. They need to water the greens more and cut them shorter. 3-4 greens were burnt up and had sand in areas where they were. Suggest more water on the course or it will go to crap pretty quick this summer.
Had a wonder time.
Had a great time the only thing was there was no food to buy because they aré remodeling
Tillery is Lovely
Nice course Lots of elevation and fun routing.
Greens are firm
And the clubhouse and staff are very friendly
I would recommend this course if you don’t mind the hour drive from Charlotte
Great value
Tillery Tradition is a great place to play. Also the staff on and off the course are truly working hard to make it even better
Tillery Golf
The course layout is great with no house's on the course but tee boxes need to be cut and poa Annua is a problem on some of the greens. The problem on the Green's isn't as bad as at Red Bridge though.
First time player
I drove 1hr and 10minutes to play this course for the first time.
I really enjoyed the course. Fairways were tight, but in great condition. Some greens were damaged, but overall in decent shape. Several Blind Shots.
A very challenging, but enjoyable course.
I will be back.
Always a great time
The staff was nice and friendly. The course was in nice shape for this time of year. We had so much rain the last couple of months so the bunkers ( like just about every course except a few high end ones ) could use some work. The greens rolled true, a few had a few spots on them but all and all no complaints by me.
Knowledge
It is one thing to know the rules of golf but the etiquette is equally as important. If golf is to progress then play must speed up. Waiting on every shot and being at every tee with the group in front is totally wrong. Nobody has the right hold up the course
Loveee tillery
Bank to the left. Bend to the right. Upwards and downwards. Solid and fun layout with plenty of water and trees. Wide fairways that narrow towards the hole. Greens were a bit slower but there’s new ownership and their outlook looks great. Def top 10
