One of the best in Triangle
One of the better publice courses in the area hands down. There are one or two odd holes but the overall layout is great and the last 5 holes are awesome.
Great course, poor pace of play due to frost delay
I really liked the layout of the course however due to a frost delay, our 2:20pm tee time was said to be delayed. We only got through 14 holes before it got dark due to the slowness of play and that the course allows people to walk on the weekend. I would encourage the course to not allow walkers on the weekend and not to allow for later tee time they know they won't be able to get all 18 in.

Has seen better days
Eagle Ridge has a reputation as one of the nicer courses in the area and the condition it was in leaves much to be desired. This course clearly has some work to do. I know, it's winter and it rained recently, but yikes. Poor drainage, serious runoff issues, and tees that need a lot of work. This course also has one of the worst ranges in the area. Heck, Reedy Creek has a better range that's a third of the size and I guarantee they don't have nearly the same budget. I'll certainly come back when things green up in April or May, but if you're playing before then, make sure you get a good deal. Otherwise, don't waste your time or money.

Winter golf
Although it was dormant conditions. The course was in nice shape. The greens were nice for winter golf!

Fun course, nice layout
Played here on a Sat morning/afternoon. Moved pretty well with a Marshall keeping track. Layout was nice, course was wet which left some tough shots. Enjoyed my round will be back

Not a flat boring golf course

Good course good value
The greens are always good which is most important to me. Rest of course in good condition, but could be better if players would fill divots and repair ball marks. It is a challenging course but fair for the most part. The par 5s are very difficul for me…...9 second shot and 17 second and third shot require more luck than skill. Overall A good course and a good value. Play it for or five times a year.

Big bang for your buck
Eagle Ridge is a top tier course in the Raleigh area. The greens are absolutely perfect right now. The course layout is very creative and well-maintained throughout the year. Great practice area(s). Championship caliber from the back tees. Surprisingly easy to get a tee time and pricing is more than fair.

Course good, club house poor
The golf course is in very good condition. Very challenging layout, very hilly with many blind approaches. Greens very undulating but roll true. Club house has a moldy smell throughout, not sure what that is about?? Mens locker room feels and smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.

Turf Quality Superb
The quality of turf on the greens, in the fairways and in the tee box were consistently excellent allowing you to take 'true' divots without affecting the shots.
