This is always a fun and challenging layout and today was no different. As I’m getting older I played the golf tees today and it’s still a challenging course!

Better yet, it is in great shape!

Course is always amazing. Great lay out. Just a fun course from first tee to 18. Tee boxes were a little fuzzy but no problem. Loved every minute of it

Charge max pricing but course conditions are poor at best!!! Greens tees and fairways are not good

Tough course with a lot of water and rough but course and greens were in good condition. Toilet in the mail club house, both male and female lacked toilet paper and were blocked in men’s which was the only negative, especially when you need good hygiene in Covid days. Carts were new and immaculate. Very picturesque and pretty course meandering through the estate which was very nice. Love the fact people leave the flags in these days but locals playing in front of us thought they should pull the pin every hole which was slow and frustrating. Would still come back.

We teed off at 3:10. There were a few groups that held us up but we finished (even if we had to do last 2 holes virtually in the dark)

Course was solid tee to green. Wish the fairway bunkers were a little less fluffy so you could hit an actual fairway bunker shot, but that's really my only complaint.

Greens are rolling perfect.

The course was generally good but the greens were terrible. Significant repair needs to be done. It was a beautiful September afternoon for us. They were busy so we were tole to start on number 10. That was a disaster. The players making the turn were less than accepting and there was no one from the course to help smooth things over. This course is in a retirement community, the members were not not displaying any southern hospitality...

Very nice course but the starter is very rude talk at you like he better. if an group tee off 10 minute early. marshal could have stop us any time so the groups behind us could caught up . But to make us late 45 minute so they can catch up is RUDE . Three to four holes ahead not in anybody way . You still kept talking down to us like we should n't be out in , Just because you tee off early you have to wait I hope he was having a bad day We paid like everyone else so because were black we should be treated the same as the rest of the people on the course.

Played there many time before. Got there early payed cashier said we could go to number tee box starter would be there. We went to the tee box no starter it was 6:55 15 minute early we waited still no started so we tee off. We played 8 holes in 1 1/2 hour. a marshal stop us on 8th and said we tee off to early and once we got to the turn there going to make us wait on the tenth hole. So heading to the tenth the started said we need to be punish for teeing off early so we have to wait and let to four some go in front of us before we can finish are round my golf partner kept asking why we didn't go anything any other group would do. 70 old white said we need to be punish for tee off early really why because were black what well the course is in bad shape green edges are burnt up all over the front not won't 61.00$ with aeration. not worth your money

course was in good shape, other than the greens. Punched 9 days ago, but they haven't healed at all. Super soft, ball marks everywhere. Should be two putt max.

I last played this course in early summer before the fairways were growing. They were firm and fast on the mostly dormant bermuda, but the greens were in good shape. I know that bent grass is hard to maintain in the summer, but I played Sunday and they were absolutely awful.

This course is currently not worth the $60-$79.00 rates they are charging. Most of the greens were covered in dead spots, probably ranging from 25-40% of the total surface. Others even had crabgrass starting to grow on them. Aeration is planned this week, but these greens almost seem lost. I don't see myself returning until the conditions are improved. When I pay a somewhat premium price to play a public course and show up and find dead greens, that's a real bummer. I wish I'd have read the recent reviews on here before playing. Every time I've played here in the past, the course has been in good shape and very well kept. I have no idea what's going on right now. Crabgrass and dead spots? I'd pay $30 for 18, that's the shape the course is in right now.

My wife and I played our first and last round until the greens are replaced. It is a shame the greens are in their current condition because the layout is not bad. The greens have so much poa and disease that you can not putt them. In addition, there are so many ball marks on them that they a scarred beyond belief. They also schedule tee times so close to each other that it is like a heard of cattle out there. I would save your money and play elsewhere.

Love the layout, course was nice, greens were in rough shape for the money.

The disappointment of wasting my time going to play this course is still annoying me. My gf was leaving for Sweden this week so I wanted to take her to play a nice course before she left. This was ranked #2 on a top 10 courses in Charlotte someone sent me so I booked it. 1hr there & back and the worst “good” course I’ve ever played. Should’ve known on arrival when seeing a line of people waiting for cart returns. Then the range being closed. Then when paying and the rude staff I wish I’d walked away and gone elsewhere. It would only get worse While on putting green waiting for a cart I’m hearing the starter calling out tee times with other golfers in 5 min increments. Never in any of the countries or states that I’ve played golf have I ever heard of 5 min increments between tee times and on the weekend too!! We finally get a cart and head to the 1st tee and there are still 3 groups in front who hadn’t even Started yet. Course looked lovely so we carried on. On the first green I knew I was now done with the afternoon. The green was a shambles. Pitch marks everywhere. Slow. Bumpy. Obviously some sort of disease. I hoped it would be just this one. Unfortunately it was not. They were all terrible. I say all but we only made it to the 12th. Should’ve started at 4:40 and by 8:40 we were only on 12. To top it off on the 8th the starter drove by us and asked us to keep up with speed of play which was mind boggling considering we waited on every tee and was one of last 4-balls to go out. I wouldn’t blame any of the golfers as it was 100% due to their tee times. I wanted to speak to someone afterwards and ask for a refund, but nobody was there when we returned cart. I emailed the professional to ask for a call with him on Monday. It’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PLAYING HERE RIGHT NOW!! As for #2 course public can play in Charlotte, not a chance! I’ve played 4 courses since I moved here and they’re all much better. It should be a great course to play as the layout is excellent, challenging & setup well. Obviously needs new management & grounds staff

I’m sure the course is beautiful but I never made it out cause the 2 old geezers at the desk were beyond rude. I booked a time and brought my wife and 2 young children to play at 1145am and they told me I was booked to play with a three some so my son couldn’t play and my wife couldn’t even drive the cart on the course. I said move my time and I’ll wait and he responded that this the busiest part of the day and he couldn’t move me I should have called to ask how busy they were he said. They should be ashamed of themselves for over booking during a pandemic. There is no social distancing and they both the men behind the counter were not wearing masks. And to top it off I drove an hour to play here.

Usually a favorite of mine great layout but the greens are shot and way overpriced for conditions it’s a shame They used to have very nice greens.

Really tough sledding on bad greens. The rate must’ve been lowered because they realize the issue. Normally a very fun track in good condition.
