How is this course so expensive
Top 10 worst course in the United States (legitimately ranked online). Should be a $5-$10 course.
Should be ashamed of themselves
To charge $37 to play this track was insulting. Worst dog track I ever played.
Not much
This course needs help. Greens are terrible. Tee boxes are well worn. Fairways are not bad. But with the discount of GP it’s cheaper than going to the range. I get to practice real shots. I’ll go back.
Awful Greens
Played this course today for the first time and should have read the reviews before hand.
Course conditions are awful…worst I’ve played and not even close. Needed a nail and hammer to jam a tee into the tee box. Shouldn’t even be able to call the greens “green”. Huge craters and no upkeep.
Staff was friendly and pace of play was great but for the price I couldn’t justify playing again.
This course should be $10 for 18 in these conditions and they shouldn’t warn you. The website is very misleading.
Sad
Course is in terrible condition, from tore up tee boxes to horrendous greens, if you could even call them that. Golf cart had clearly been rolled a few times and put together with zip ties.
Course is the worst
Do not play here! Greens were the worst ive ever played
Never again
Greens were dirt. Bunkers have no sand. Worst course I have ever played over the last 55 years.
Extremely Poor course conditions
The greens were 1/2 dirt 1/4 dead grass and 1/4 barely alive grass full of bumps and divots. Imagine putting on a driving range. The bunkers have no sand in them so they are just big mud puddles. There was random old equipment and junk scattered around the course.
Money
With TeeOff I paid $12. That’s cheaper than the driving range. Played alone. Played two balls. 18 holes in 2 1/2 hours. Greens are not good. They have cleaned up around the ponds and cut down some trees. Not bad for practice.
Fun Golf
The course conditions are so bad that it is entertaining. If you take the game seriously, this is not the place for you but if you are out to have a great time and make the best of it, its a good value.
If you're thinking about playing here... Dont
Absolutely the worst course I've ever played. Nice people. Has potential to be great. But there's literally "greens" that's nothing but mud or sand.
I had fun
Nice layout. Most greens are horrendous. Bunkers are in a total state of disrepair. I'm ace of play was great. I had a great time playing this course. I just don't bother keeping score.
Just horrendous
Probably the worst course I’ve ever played
Peaceful
Well layed out course that needs alot of help. Great for learning the game. Cart my or may not make it through the entire 18. Pace of play is non existent so once again a great place to learn. Staff are great people. The most peaceful place to hit some balls into what is normally a field of daisy's. Sometimes you may have to pick up your on buckets but I've hit 3 big buckets for 10 dollars. So all this being said I feel 27.00$ a person is what I think the price should be but I'll will still play here from time to time for 37.00. Hotdogs are good at the turn.
Gotta love some PineTuck!
Honestly, one of my favorite courses in the area. The layout is very fun and challenging and although the course conditions aren’t the best, this place is perfect for a low pressure round to sharpen up the weak points of my game. The crowds are low and the people are super friendly which always makes for a low stress, high enjoyment round almost every time. The ultra serious PGA hopeful might want to find somewhere with a little more purity but for those of us still growing in the game, out to have a relaxing round with friends or maybe even recruiting a newbie - Pinetuck simply cannot be beat!
