T boxes, fairways , very ruff . Greens very slow but lve seen worse.

The course was in good shape. Some issues in fairways but for the most part good. The greens with exception of a couple of small areas on three back nine greens were excellent. The lay out of the holes are challenging and enjoyable.Pace of play was good.

greeted by friendly pro shop representative, practice green was pretty bad but all other greens were good . loved the layout terrain was up and down not common in Florida.. fairway grass was pretty nonexistent.. I would however visit again.

Fun course that needs some TLC.

As with many businesses in Titusville this CC appears to have survived numerous battles. It has such a great terrain and layout we wish all the best to the new owners!

Course in better condition than last year.

Greens were much better...fairways not so much.

This course is definitely a diamond in the ruff!!!! Great lay out the only complaint i have s that they need to fix the cart paths. but other than that, i loved this course!!!

If you live with 30 minutes of the course, certainly worth checking out...I'm about 45 away so kind of iffy. There are a lot of dog legs and some water to carry...not a course for a short hitter with elevation issues, This was only my second round there and I did like it better this time. Several of the greens are very rounded and difficult to keep the ball from rolling off but most are fine. No beverage cart or drinking water on the course...should let you bring your own if they don't offer any.

Very good layout as you’d expect from a lee Trevino course. Does need some tlc,greens are okay but need a little work. Fairways need a little more work. However it’s a very friendly place great clubhouse and with some expenditure they could probably charge twice what they do for green fees. Altogether very good value.

Pace of play was great! Tee box grass was a little too long. Greens were in good shape. They weren’t super fast but they weren’t super slow neither. For the price I’m paid I’m happy. And the layout was awesome!

I really enjoyed this course and my round. Nice layout that was very playable with only a few forced carries. I will be back in the near future.

This course needs help. There was no grass to speak of in most of the fairways. Some of the greens were partially bare from grass. We’ve played other courses in December and in much better condition.
