El Cariso Golf Course

Course improvements are going in the right direction. Since replacing course management in March the course is looking so much better. Greens and fairways are much improved. The rough around the greens is also maintained. Still need to improve tree line and boundaries with weeding and removing fallen or hanging branches as this would make the course look worthy of the cost for an executive course.

This course has changed so much over the course of the last year. Started off at checkin by being told the course is 20 mins behind. Once it was time to tee off, we headed to the starter and was told there are no available carts and proceeded to wait half an hour. Pace of play was atrocious, sat over 20 minutes before each hole. Groups all around us were just packing up and going home before even getting to the back 9. After 5 hours and only 12 holes played we decided it was time for us to leave too. What used to be a favorite of ours is now a course we’re never visiting again.

This is a smaller neighborhood course. After the heavy rains, the course is in excellent condition. It's definitely a short course, but several of the holes are still challenging. In a sense, you get what you pay for, but for the price and accessibility, it's a good value.

I like golfing here to brush up on skills when I haven’t golfed in awhile. Most everyone is friendly and is golfing for fun without the pressure from seasoned golfers. The pace of play was backed up a little but better than most courses we’ve played. This is pretty much my go to place and I bring friends who aren’t very good golfers here because they never feel intimidated.

Course in good shape, greens in good shape a bit challenging. Relaxed Environment, everyone has a good attitude. What's not to like.

The staff in the golf check in counter needs to be addressed by the management. They are very unprofessional and rude. Specifically Anne and an older man who "refused to give his name" they need to be written up and if this a common issue they are not the right person for their job.

Decent short track. Slow greens. Horrible bunkers no ball washers in the course or water stations. Nice variety of holes no par 5s just 3s and 4s.

I love this course. You can play 18 holes and have a mixture of 4 par challenges and 3 par challenges as well. There are also easier holes making El Cariso a great mixture of play. The other guest are always polite and respectful. I have always enjoyed this course and highly recommend it to keep your game on point without too many frustrations.

The course was in horrible condition, especially the greens, the slowest I’ve ever played on. Bartender was friendly, not so friendly in the pro shop

Not the toughest course but fun mix of long and short holes. Tee boxes were beautiful, fairways pretty nice and greens nice to play on!
