Staffs and amenities.....thumbs down down down
The course condition is way below average. It means their maintenance of course is bad.
The staff at pro shop is not friendly.
Since owner and GM are changed, this golf facility is no more fun. They always think their profit first, customer services way later.
They think they are the king because this golf facility is only place to play and practice for public in main Santa Clarita area.
Hopefully, they are getting way better after this review.
Enforcement of Dress code and behavior

Good layout, a few quirky little 3 pars on the back, but nice undulations and well bunkered holes. Greens were O.K. late afternoon play resulted in bumpy greens. Wish players would learn to repair pitch marks on the green...
Great personable staff working the snack bar area along with the starters and maintanence personnel, wish the pro shop guys would learn from them, put your attitude away and remember you work in a service industry.
It's worth playing.
Terrible pace of play, had a group of 7 and two 5somes in front of us at the course. Took 3 hours to get through 9 holes at an executive course. Have played this course before during peak hours in around 3 hours and some change. Conditions are terrible with geese all over and their feces all over some of the greens. Course is a marsh and you can hit a ball in the fairway and end up under an inch of mud. Had much better experiences at other local courses such as knollwood. The price increases to 45 dollars a player makes it about 25 dollars too much for the type of course and pace of play that my group had to go through.
I always enjoy Sita Valencia but it needs to taken care of a little more. It was really wet and muddy today.
Lots of spots on the course with little or no grass. Management should have re-seeded the entire course and range during the Covid lockdowns.
The staff was nice but we rolled up on hole 2 and ahead of us, waiting to tee off, was a group of 4 and another group of 4 all waiting for another group on the fairway. It was like this for all 18 holes. Just under 5 hours for a mostly par 3/4 course is too much for me.
It was a great day of golf. The only disappointment was we wanted to add a 3rd golfer after we made the original tee time. The web site said it was sold out, but a 3rd golfer (walk on) was added on our golf day and we didn’t have 4th golfer. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
We had a player who did not have a E-Mail Address and could not check in . your office would not allow me to share my EMail Address ? I don’t understand how you would allow this and lose a customer ? Are you so book and taking your business for Granted ? Am not sure if I will return.
