El Cariso Golf Course

This was a fun course with very wide sections for the fairway. It was windy but we made due and unfortunately there are tons of geese on the course. It is a great value, staff is super friendly and I would definitely go again.

10:52 tee time on a Friday. Actual start time more like 11:20/25. Waited on every single tee box. Last 3 holes had 3 groups waiting. A course this short should not take 5 hours to play.

This is the worst location from conditions to poor management!! Clifford and the rest of his team have no communication skills and will racially profile if given the opportunity. Please bring the old owners back who actually cared about the course and the community .

Played this course 2 months ago and really enjoyed it. Good conditions and pace of play. Yesterday, the pace was extremely slow on the front 9 due to a walker in front of us hitting 2-3 golf balls on every hole. At least 5-10 minute wait to tee off on every hole. Added almost an hour to our round. Never saw a marshal to help us. Also, when reserving tee time, was not notified that the greens were recently aerated and encountered very bumpy greens.

Very cool place to play at. Wish they had more trash cans available on course also signs showing distance and hole #. I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars. I'd definitely recommend to play here.

Aerated greens were not mentioned to us. Allowed for terrible experience. Don’t play here for the next few months.

Greens punched, no warning. They don’t honor pricing from GN unless you pay in advance. One cart per pair even though it’s always been one per, especially with 100 empty carts sitting there. Girl at front desk had a stank attitude as well

I’ve played this course 3 times this year. It was excellent in all respects the first two rounds. Today I was notified at check-in that the greens were being aerated. I went ahead and played anyway.

My mistake…Temp pins were setup in fairways. Skip this course for a month or so until greens come back.

Course itself is a fun short game course. Good condition and pace of play - despite being busy - was good. Only complaint would be not particularly friendly checkin process, line to wait for a cart, and no food available / golf cart bar etc.

My first time playing this course was full of pleasant surprises. After a rainy winter, fairways and greens were full and well maintained. Bunkers were ok but a few needed sand refreshed. Practice greens were plentiful. Range is setup with synthetic mats which were a a bit worn.

My tee time was mid-morning on a weekday and I played the round solo. Groups were ahead of and behind me but everyone moved along. My round took three hours! I’ll be back soon.

I enjoyed playing this shorter to mid-length course. Though the course's overall length is short for 18 holes, the shorter 4-par holes make the course interesting and challenging. We were able to move along at a good pace finishing our round in less than 4 hours.
