We are seasonal residents in town from Canada. This course has been our favourite of the three value priced courses in Zephyrhills for layout, conditions and sociability for the past nearly ten years. We played nine holes, the front, yesterday and were disappointed (to say the least) in the conditions of the greens, traps and tees especially with new ownership and the promise that brought. Every green looked and played like it had been patched after carpet bombing. I can only think that there must have been some terrible blight, perhaps fungus, that had to be dealt with. On the upside, the exterior of the clubhouse looks very nice after some reno’s and there appears to be a new fleet of carts since we played there last spring. Everybody in this business seems to be having staff issues and the pandemic has brought its own miseries. We’ll give Bernadette a miss for a couple of months, especially when they’re charging full tilt for a damaged course.

Got out for a easy Sunday round. Course was in decent shape. Some areas are under repair but you can tell someone is working to improve the course. The course is great for someone learning the sport. And to top it of a great value

I’ve played this course over a period of 5/6 years, and from the old owners to the new ones 1000% better, all that’s is missing is the GREENS needs a little more work, but everything they promised us when the new owners took over they are delivering / outstanding course that’s getting better and better each week. Outstanding job NEW OWNERS keep up the course and the good wirk

Having played this course several times I was aware course was undergoing maintenance, so fact there were 6 tporary greens did not discourage this round. However, the workers were totally disrespectful of golfers approaching the greens on which they working, forcing one to either bypass the green or risk hitting the workers who would not vacate the greens, or even look up, thus causing one to alter their shots.

Played here 6 months ago still no effort at all to maintain Golf course Bad Conditions, Faiirways , Rough, Greens. Course is over price with 5 temporary greens. Play elsewhere

I enjoy playing this course. It's undergoing renovations so the greens can use some work but they remain manageable

Fairways were saturated and muddy. Greens were super long, needed to be cut. Paid ~$20 for an 11:30 tee time, still wasn’t worth it to me. I can’t blame them for the fairways, they can’t control the weather. But the greens could easily be fixed. Drinks were relatively cheap, and my partner enjoyed his hotdog from the clubhouse.

We've had a lot of rain. Course was wet. Fairways we're fantastic. A few greens and tee boxes getting work done. Nice to see them getting the course back into great playing conditions. Will play this course again.

Stuck behind walkers pushing carts and a group that had a 5-some.

First time playing this course. Course was a little wet do to all the recent rain. Greens on the front 9 a little rough, tee boxes as well. Liked the layout of the course and the price.

Despite lots of rain, the course is in good condition. Some tee boxes and greens are being repaired, good thing to see. Will definitely come back when course is dryer.

Course is in horrendous shape. Greens, fairway, and tees. They didn’t even bother to separate the tee markers. In most cases they were just sitting in a pile near the tee. I’m assuming they are closing and just trying to squeeze out a few more dollars from suckers like me.

Wet, soggy, first hole green and others appears sod was dump in areas, many greens not true and ball moves left to right or right to left when putting. Cart path concrete broken, not good to travel over. Played here several times, just lost a course her in Lakeland to home development and seems this is on the same path

Many of the greens are in the process of being repaired. I have played this course four times in the last month and the greens are looking better. Can’t wait to see how they progress. Great value and the staff are very friendly.
