About
Silverado Golf & Country Club is situated just north of Tampa in scenic Zephyrhills. It is a par-71 layout but for low handicappers, it can be extended to a par 72 by turning the lengthy 10th hole into a challenging par 4. The area's natural beauty is defined by the mature oaks that date back over 100 years and the abundant wildlife, including red tail hawks, geese, and foxes. The landscape provides an excellent round of golf, which is further enhanced by the year-round temperate climate. Bunkers treacherously lurk throughout and the occasional water hazard also comes into play. The golf course offers some challenging holes but overall, it is approachable for a range of skill levels. Silverado finishes with a par 4 that requires a difficult carry in order to make it past the pond in the middle of the fairway. Those who strategize carefully will be rewarded with a birdie.

Great fairways and greens
Have played this course many times in the past years, still in great shape and challenging
Good way to spend the afternoon
Got the hot deal on GolfNow and breezed right through the round. 1pm tee time and finished by 3:30pm. Greens are rolling pretty good for being aerated a few weeks ago.
i would steer clear of this place, very poor condition! ....
I arrived little early as my tee-time was for 10 AM.
the starter said he gave away my time because three others booked golf now. I went off 45 minutes late and had to wait on every hole. the pace of play was brutal. The bunkers have no sand and the greens have weeds in them. I would spend my money somewhere else ...
Wide Open (somewhat)

Wide open off the tee. Allows you to shape shots either way you see fit. Good combination of long/short holes. Nice greens. Overall good value. Will be back soon.
Great round
Course is in fantastic shape greens,fairways, and tee boxes. Will play here often.

This course was in great shape in spite of two weeks of rain. Pace of play was good. Course was challenging but not overpowering. will play this course often.
playing in the tropical storm
went out early to try and beat the storm, but it wasn't much of a factor. when it did start to rain a little we would just wait it out and keep on playing. was a good time and a nice course.
Mother's Day Round
My lovely wife gave me the green light to go golfing on Mother's Day. Front nine was lightning quick as a single. Came back to reality on back nine, just under two hours, paired up with another single which made for a good pace. Enjoyed the round, course in good condition with no rain in our area for a long time. Greens were good, a little slow. Not much if any water in many of the ponds.

worth the money
Greens were in great condition and slow. Some weeds in fairways but did not hinder play. Staff were friendly and made you feel welcomed. Good value for the money.
Nice course
Nice course lots of oak trees pace of play good greens were in good shape, fairly easy wide open fairways.

Fairways are good, greens are good, pace of play was slow due to players cutting in. No starter to control play.

Staff was exceptional. Fairways and greens in very good shape. Cart paths are rough,and on some holes non existent. Good value and overall enjoyable golf experience.
