Stay out of the rough
Course was fine but the rough was unfair. I lost three balls in the rough today. It was unfair and over grown.
Could be much better
The first cut off of the fairway is probably 6" of grass. (There is no cut) -- fairways and greens are good from all of the rain. They have an extreme amount of maintenance on the with the roughs. Players hitting balls that trickle off the fairway into what should be the first cut and the balls are "gone". Totally covered from the overgrown weeds and grass. A lot of other courses in the area that are in far better shape right now.

Cut the rough!!!!
Course was a fun layout. Some designs were a little goofy but, it is what it is.
Greens were slower. Tee boxes were pure. Everyone was being safe from covid.
My issue is the rough. I shouldn’t be losing 6 balls a round because of the rough. I know I shouldn’t be hitting it there in the first place but this is not a PGA course a week before the tournament. I wanna find my ball and the guys in front of us wanna find their ball and not delay the people in back of them.
Slow play amplified because of the longer grass and dead / left over scraps from the last mow.
Course has a lot of potential but this time it was not fun

Charges
I paid and played the course. The course says I never paid for my tee time and charged me again thru Golfnow. They said I made a mistake and they did not. I told them that we have a Credit Transaction record for my payment. but they insists that I did not pay for my tee time.
Be careful. They don't make mistakes. All the mistakes are your according the the proshop.
Over booking
I booked a tee time for 2 people at 12:53pm. By the time we teed off it was 1:45. We didn’t finish our round until 7:15. I understand there are a lot of people scheduling tee times right now but they ar evening money hungry. 5 mins gaps between each time on a Monday is not okay. The customer service was terrible in the pro shop, they did not inform us that we would be teeing off late after showing up 30 mins for tee time. The clubhouse was run very well and the woman at the front was doing very well. It was the worst experience I’ve had golfing.

Not too great
I was happy the course was open but thought they would have sensible covid protocol. People walking around everywhere without masks, making you use community pencil to sign in. Starter not using gloves and touching all carts, coughing on his hands, handling all the receipts etc...kid in clubhouse was very unfriendly while checking us in. Price was decent and pace was good.
The course layout is nice and challenging. The rough is very brutal. Need to stay in fairway at all times or you will lose balls. Seems like they haven't mowed the rough this year. Wouldn’t play here again.

extremely slow pace, course condition is terrible
I had a longest round (almost 6 hours!): has to wait for over half an hour for our cart. The pace of play is very slow, no marshall on course. The condition of the course is terrible, rough is high, hard to tell difference between fairway and rough, tee box! Frankly, the green is slow but kept well. I am not sure I will be back to play on this course in near future.

With COVID-19 mitigation
Checked in and starter said I was sharing a cart. Told him I had called and it was 1 per cart unless family. Said that was policy and still told him no. Sign in carts say 1 person per. He complained about it but finally gave in. Handed me the same pencil EVERYONE is using to sign for cart and told him get me a fresh one. He was barehanded. Kid in pro shop said it was a management decision.. Told him to add another table in from of counter to increase separation. There is no need to sign in this environment. Liked the course and the range.

Great layout
They course and layout was great. The staff was fantastic. The only downside was the rough had been cut in at least 2 weeks. My playing partners lost a few balls in the rough because it was so long.
A lot of maintenance needed.
Greens were great. Fairways were excellent.
First cut of rough like US Open. About 6”. A lot of lost balls in our foursome that trickled off the fairway. Grass needs cut badly.
Otherwise great day.
Bring lots of balls!
6 inches in the rough and golf ball is lost. Par 3 , 1 foot off green and could not find balls. Good layout and nice view. 3 hour pace of play and 45 minutes looking for lost balls.
