I shout my age for the first time. I played by myself so it really didn’t count but I enjoyed my day on the course.

Fairways are a mess greens are damaged not worth more then $25

Greens not rolled and fairways dying. For the money paid expected better conditions.

We had a guy come up to us saying that we were backing up all the people behind up and that 18th hole was backed up because of us.

there were no back ups behind us as we went to look. once we got to the 18th hole, it was completely empty.

Guy rushed up and messed up our game play.

would never recommend to someone who is just casually playing.

This course is absolutely gof awful. They charge 80 dollars on a weekend. Don’t waste your time go down the street and play Temecula creek for 20 bucks more. This course is just can’t describe how bad it is. Tee boxes are dirt and SANd boxes are just rocks. And the employees are not friendly at all. Got a stick up their butt some of them. They worry about the wrong things. They don't marshal out here but they worry if you’re driving on the dead grass by the green lol. 3 groups waiting on a tee boxes cause they’re too scared to tell them to hurry or move them. But will get upset about the silliest things. Dont go here seriously you’ll end up having a horrible time cause the conditions.

There are some dead patches on the course and even on the greens. Would not pay not more than fifty dollars to play this course. In good condition this course has a good layout.

1st time playing there. Clubhouse, very nice.

Staff nice also.

Overall layout very nice, wide variety of holes, shots, water on some holes, water features. Range, putting green...ok.

Greens , I would give a 7 or 8 out of 10.

Fairways, tee boxes, rough, bunkers, I rate 1 out of 10.

Most....unplayable. Rough , esp on front nine...way over grown. Alot of bare fairways

Booked on Golf Now, hot deal...so played a 2some for $114.

Won't be back unless I hear serious improvents happened

T-boxes need some work, some fairways starting to dry up, greens are well kept (player don't fix divots), some watered fairways, overall it's a decent place to play.

Great course in Temecula,

much less crowded on weekends compared to other courses in the area.

Consistent 4.5 hour rounds, a big win.

Layout is fun and very playable for all, not too much danger but enough to keep you on your toes.

Love this course! Yes, there are other courses the area.

I like the close proximity to Wine Country as well as the price.

The best layout in the valley, no two holes the same, postage-stamp size greens & elevations that make you strategize… BUT, maintenance of this gem is SAD. Better mowing could make a huge difference in how it presents & plays. You have the equipment, yet weeds & grass that bury your ball around the greens, dirt tee boxes filled with uneven, ankle twisting surfaces inhibit a solid shot. The staff & service off the course is maybe where they put the dollars, they’re great!

Greens were good in spots but had not been cut in some time. Fairways and rough were spotty, clumpy, wet, dry, generally horrible and uncut. Silver tees were placed at red tees so not much difference. Just lazy. One tee on a par 4 was behind trees requiring a fade to a spot on the fairway which was a swamp. Bunkers were either rocky or puddles and had no rakes in half of them. If they are paying a super or greens keeper he/she should be fired. General surroundings in disrepair as well. Looks like a flood or storm hit and they never recovered. Do members and residents really accept this? Just don’t waste your time or money.

Unfortunately this was worst conditions I’ve seen this place in a while. Overgrown and poorly cared for bunkers. The greens keeper must have had a bad night as majority of pins were tucked near unplayable areas and with 20* mph winds only made it worse. Couple of the pins were punched within a foot of damage or water ruts on greens. Tee boxes were sparse and tough to find flat spots. Good layout but trending down fast!!! Very disappointed!

I was paired up with two young guys very un experienced. I only played 9 holes. The pace was ridiculous so a bad day of golf. I should of played alone.... like the guy behind us did....

I have been going to this course for over 11 years, first time back in over a year and they have really let it go. Clover weeds took over the whole course. They don’t maintain it like they used to. I don’t know what changed but Gawlee it’s pretty rough. Not worth the price with it being within 15-20 bucks to other local courses. Shame because it’s o my 1 month from my house.
