This course is great for the money!
The course has good distance and the greens are nice and flat. I I've play this course a half of dozen time or so, but never went in and ate. This last time tho I decided to grab a bite to eat and have a drink with my golf buddy. Food was decent but staff was in my opinion were rude and fake! Needless to say my waitress did not get a good tip. But again if just going to golf, it is an excellent course and and pace of play is decent.

Always well kept. One of the driest course around. Greens are dry and fast. Bounce and roll on the fairways any time of the year. Go early in the morning as very crowded as the day progresses.

Enjoyable round
Enjoyable round. Was paired with three great gentleman. Course was pretty flat but difficult because of bunkers. Restaurant was under staffed and we went out 10 minutes early. Kinda through the first hole off a bit.
The speed of the greens made the course
This was my first time playing this course and I was impressed with the speed of the greens. Fast and fair. The course is well maintained and in good shape the day I played. I will be back to play again.
you get what you pay for. This course is always crowded and slow. The tee times run 30 min behind regularly.
Great day
We played after a lot of rain but this course handles it well. Nice round of golf.
Driest course I've seen this time of year.
I was very surprised that the course played more like July than the first of April. Never once did I have mud on ball. Greens were fast and smooth. We finished play in slight drizzle but overall was best golfing this year.
Dry Conditions (even with all the rain)
It's been raining record amounts over the past 3 months, but this course plays dry the next morning after a heavy rain storm. It was a pleasure to play a rain soaked, dry playing course. The fairways were in great condition, and the ball actually ran after landing. The greens were recently sanded but still playable. I highly recommend this course for winter and spring conditions. I haven't played this course in the summer, but I'm sure it's even better.
CC golf is just like the way I like my wine & champagne....DRY!
I've always heard how good the conditions were for winter play at Capitol City and I'm glad I got to witness it for myself. My wife is a beginner and this course did not intimidate her at the least. It also helped that we paired up with Vickie and Zola from the women's club making our experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely come back! Aloha, Leo
