Savannah Golf Links
About
Sprawling across rolling terrain, Savannah Golf Links features several dramatic elevation changes and several elevated tees and greens. Golfers will be sure to come across many uneven lies. At 6,213 yards from the back tees, it is not a long golf course but it puts a premium on accuracy in order to get a good store, making it a true shot-maker's golf course. Savannah Golf Links offers a variety of challenges, appealing to both low and high handicappers. The most notably difficult hole is the par-4 sixth. This 362-yard hole is a dogleg right with a small landing area that requires a second shot that will carry over water to a postage stamp green with a bunker placed in front.

My wife and I really enjoyed the course. It is scenically a joy.
We arrived early for our tee time and as they were quiet we were allowed to start ahead of schedule. The course marshall checked with us when play was backing up to apologise for the delay. It was an enjoyable day and we would love to return to Savanah Golf Club.
Challenging course worthy of your time to play.
Beautifully maintained challenging course. Hilly course with plenty of water and sand to challenge your skills.
Very picturesque.
This was my first time playing this course as it was recommended to me by a friend.
I would very highly recommend trying this course - I know I will be back!
A beautiful challenging course at a good price
The course is just beautiful, with a lot of challenges (water, bunkers) . The surroundings are beautiful, a lot of hills, the greens can be difficult but fun to play. One of my favorite courses.
Great for working those long irons...
Lots of precision shots off the tees but for the most part a driver probably isn't required for almost all the par fours...but the 600+ yard 2nd, the 9th and the 18th are all good bombing holes. Still this is an interesting course and is maintained very nicely. Very enjoyable round and the great deal made it that much better!
Course has rolling fairways. some holes from the tee , it is hard to see green & you need to rely on the course map on back of score card.
I would return & play again, course offers many different challenges from water to trees & doglegs.
very nice course
Well maintain course some holes a bit to close so golf balls could be coming your way, lots of walking golfers, a bit of wait here and there on saturday afternoon but was enjoyable otherwise
This course is scenic and has friendly staff
I have been playing this course for a number of years. It is more target golf as it challenges one to shoot straight. I cannot complain as I got a hole-in-one on the 17th hole 124 yds.! Made my day!! Itwas incredible.
Really enjoyed the course.
Great Condition, very playable for all. My wife and I enjoyed it. Very long hole #2 form the Blue tees
Absolutelly hidden gem!
This is a beautiful course with a natural setting. Great value. Good course. Not too long but tricky greens.
A hidden gem
This was the first time playing this course and was pleasantly surprised. The layout was well designed, various tee blocks offer a challenge for every level of golfer. play on Wednesdays for unlimited golf with cart, and a $10 voucher for $56.50 taxes in. I'll be back for sure.
The fairways and greens were well maintained.
The course was challenging which was great. Fairways were good, the grass and grounds were conducive to play. As well, the greens were perfect for putting.
Excellent environment and location and layout.
The course is a challenging target golf layout which will reward your club selection and accuracy more than power and risk-taking impulses. Staff is extremely cordial and obliging.
Great Layout!
I have played this course a number of times over the years, and always enjoy playing at Savannah. Not a course for bombers, as the emphasis is on accuracy. I was disappointed in the greens - typically they are on the quick side but they were much slower than I'm used to. Hopefully this is due to early season conditions. All in all, a great deal for the money and I will definitely be back again.
Savannah golf course
Wonderful, maintained and difficult course for advanced players.
Accuracy here is mandatory.
First visit & thoroughly enjoyed it. Fairways & greens in excellent shape. Narrow fairways, so tee shots are key.
Nice round
Nice round course was in good shape and the pace of play was decent and the price was right
Good Value
Nothing flashy with this course but always in good shape and the price makes this a good value. You can put your driver away for the most part; even from the blue tees (5800 yds), most holes force a lay-up or you have to hit into a very narrow landing area. It is a difficult course to play without local knowledge because the landing areas and greens are not easy to see.
Challenging golf course for a good price
Played Savannah for the first time and really enjoyed the course and layout. The layout favours accuracy over distance as many tee shots need to be played with less than driver and those that require driver don't provide much in terms of bail out area. The course was in good shape given that the season had just started.
If you base your desire to play this course simply on the length on the scorecard, you'll be missing out on a solid track. Birdies can be had on this course but your game must be sharp from tee to green.
Keep in mind that they only use one beverage cart for the entire course and there were long stretches where it was nowhere in sight.
I will be coming back for another round, without a doubt.
Savannah
Early spring, some wet holes, should be pristine when the weather gets better. Can't wait to play this course in the summer!
Target Golf
Savannah is a great course in South Cambridge. Very well maintained as usual, not the easiest to get to, but worth the trip. A lot of elevation change can be a tough walk for some, but well worth it for the views.
