A average course but..... green r little fast & nice....

The weather accommodated very nicely and the course and pace were good. Great value for the price.

Price was excellent conditions good pace was a bit slow too many groups at same time . Weather was good for winter day ..but course in excellent condition n greens were also good.

The course well was maintained but pace of play was slow. The worst part was when the starter or so say ambassador on the first tee was very unprofessional when asked a question. He actually talked back and told me to leave for asking why it was so backed up. I told the management but did nothing. I paid good money to be ridiculed by work staff this is unherd of.

Nice older couse with enough differences between many of the holes to keep it fresh throughout the game. This was my second time playing here and I am glad I was able to play the same two sets of 9, made it easier to putt the greens.

Greens are fast and often I found the pin at the crest of a slope. Miss a downhill putt and you might be chipping again!

Some of the fairways are straight and you can just air out your longest drives, others challenge you to fade or cut over trees.

Course was at above average condition. 5 1/2 hour round playing behind 4 fivesomes made for a long day..

Slow slow play, there's a wait at every hole. Overall it's a fun course.

The fairways were really well kept up. The course sits on a nice hill and you have a beautiful view, very secluded as well. I will definitely be going back.

It's good deal golf course .green is perfect.but many ballmark on green

First time playing here with a buddy. The venue offers a large parking area, but the welcome signs need some refurbishment. It was slightly confusing because we could not initially locate the pro shop to check-in for our tee time. After asking the locals around, the pro shop was actually located below the banquet hall. The venue offers a driving range, but was slightly confusing because we did not know that the ball dispensing machine was self service and that you just need to insert some cash for balls to come out. After some time at the range, the course played very smooth. The hardest part was greens. They were very fast with challenging angulations on each green. We came during a 7:30am tee time and finished within 4.5 hours. Overall a great course to play with a group, but be prepared to be challenged on the green.

we enjoyed the course more than we thought. we play all over southern ca. but for the money, it was good.

Friday 12:15 for $28 is fairly good price for a course like this. We played 3-some. No one joined our team. We finished 18 holes in about 4 hours which is nice.
Before the tee-up, I was informed the fairway is punched. It was about the time they do something about the poor condition of fairway. So it's OK.
The thing is that the workers were everywhere for the first half and we couldn't concentrate on the game. Even worse, they were driving and the sand dust were like fog. I hated it. My friends didn't like the atmosphere.

The tiered greens here are some of the fastest in the eastside.

Course over book , 6 1/2 hours 18 holes, my tee time 10;08 we start playing around 10:50, great golf course but waiting and waiting........

Royal Vista is always fun. My friends and I play it about once a month. Yesterday, was no different, but it was hot and we played poorly. The price is great and the people in the pro shop are always cool. One last thing, the greens always roll true. Yesterday, they weren't as fast as usual due to watering in the heat.

I just don't do well at this course. I like the layout, the staff is excellent, but I can't break 100. The course was in excellent shape and the greens were great. Teed off at 0745 and was done by noon, on a Sunday! This is more exception than the rule, but the group in front of us was fast and the one behind us was slow, so it worked out great. Great value for a challenging course.

This course normally plays on the slow side. With that said, when we made the turn the people were paired with did not wait for us on the 10th tee, so we asked the started if we could play the other 9. (This course has 3 sets of 9's/ North, South, East) Which he did.

The group in front of us (A pair) were very courteous and let us pass on the 11th hole. (A par 3)

Course in very good shape. Best I've seen it. Fairways very nice. Greens on the fast side, but soft enough to hold my wife's 3 wood on the downhill 3rd hole on the East Course. Started at 10:30am and finished at 2:30pm. Not bad at all.
