Oak Bay Golf Course

So pretty, well manicured. Wish I could afford to join. Real test but fun. Can't wait to play Oak Bay again.

This is a very well conditioned challenging course. Well worth playing. Very enjoyable round.

Only paid $12.00 so it was more than worth it.

Clubhouse is now open is really nice.

Fairways are in excellent shape.

Greens roll true and are fast. Be on your game.

You've gotta hit it straight off the tee. There is no room for error.

Great course in beautiful shape. Very picturesque. Course is Tough.

What a wonderful day! This course has beat me up more than once and today wasn't much different. I scored better but lost more balls. The 'golf gods' were well fed :-). Fortunately my short game saved my day. The greens were incredible and the overall condition of the course exceptional. The best part however, is the restaurant at the club house - superb!!! Great menu and over the top service. A must!

My friend and I were in for a surprise when we played Oak Bay. My friend was at his cottage in Muskoka and I live in Innisfil, so we were looking for a golf course close to both of us. We found Oak Bay on Golfnow and decided to give it a shot. We were blown away with this amazing course! First of all, Oak Bay is a fantastic but challenging golf course, and is only a 1 hour drive from Innisfil. The course is a fantastic design with beautiful Muskoka scenery. Accuracy is the priority on this course!!! You definitely need to hit the fairways on this course, but you will be rewarded with fun and challenging iron shots. The course was in fantastic condition and kudos to the Golf Superintendent and their staff. The greens were in fabulous condition and where rolling beautifully!!! Luckily we were the first group off at 7:30am so we were able to play the entire round in just over 3 hours. I've played numerous courses in the Barrie and GTA area and I don't think you can find a better value than Oak Bay! If you enjoy a challenging golf course and want to enjoy some Muskoka scenery I highly recommend you give Oak Bay Golf Course a try. We are already planning our return visit.

Very good layout and conditions for a Muskoka course. Practice greens is being built. Friendly staff. Good value good scenery.

Great course that I enjoy more every time I play. Unfortunately. I did not complete my round and won't be playing for a long time after breaking my arm on the 8th hole when I tripped over a root while looking for my ball in the bush. Do yourself a favour and play here when in cottage country.

I don't know what it is but I have played this course a few times and I always seem to have a poor angle to the flag on my approach. A little rough before the bush would be nice as well.

This course demands you be honest with yourself and play the proper tee blocks. Accuracy off the tee is a key. The greens are the best I've played in Ontario this year and FAST! Not a single weakness in this gem!

Very friendly and efficient staff in the Pro Shop and starter. This is a challenging course, so bring a few extra balls. Hole 6 and 15 will test your accuracy and distance. Great food and atmosphere in the bar and great service staff. Oak Bay is a good place to spend a day on the links.

I purchased a Hot Deal for 2 players with cart. I would and will return to this course. A hidden gem. The drive to this course is easy to get to and worth it. I even saw a deer scamper out of the woods after an errant shot. A second bad shot into a canal and some sort of huge fish fought over the ball. Beautiful well kept challenging course with friendly staff.

Everything was exactly as anyone would want it to be. A ton of credit to the superintendent and his crew. Despite all the rain lately the course was in exceptional shape ( no easy task ). Keep up the great work to the entire Oak Bay team.

Several individuals greeted our threesome as soon as we arrived and began washing our clubs before we played. The course was in phenomenal shape, and the marshalls were also very informative and friendly to talk too. I would definitely come back to play again soon!
