About
Cardinal Lakes Golf Club offers two 18-hole courses, a championship and an executive. The Sparrow Course is the original executive layout and while it may only be 4,909 yards, it offers the same challenges as its championship sister course. The generous fairways, many of which are doglegs, are flanked with rough areas and there are numerous ponds and lakes that come into play. Surrounded by trees and bunkers, the small greens demand accuracy. It may be a short layout, but this formidable golf course requires careful course management, proper club selection, and solid short game skills. While it may often be overlooked because of its length, the Sparrow is Niagara's most formidable short track

nice course ...very slow
nice course....lovely friendly staff....but pace of play was terrible...had a foursome in front who would not let us play thru...kind of silly....would come back hopefully not the same people in front of us.
Cardinal Lakes
A good challenge but it is a shorter course. Fun to play, you can be finished in under 4 hours.
Double charged
Golf now charged me. Then I get there and they said no payment was processed so required me to pay again so i did, and now I have 2 charges from them
Pace of play to slow.
This course needs a marshal . The pace of play is exceptionally slow. We were walking and had to wait on every hole some times up to six mins.
They also have issues with their irrigation systems.
To bad as it could be a great course

The course was in great shape. Not the longest course but definitely challenging. Excellent value for the cost. I would play here again for sure.
Always worth the round
Always enjoy a fair price round at Cardinal Lake Sparrow course. Pace and f play good at 4 hours. Course in pretty good shape. Men’s washroom in clubhouse in bad shape. Staff friendly.

Great Course. Really loved the Layout
Played Heron many times. This was our first time on Sparrow. Loved it. Lots of challenges, but short enough to walk comfortably. Considering becoming members.

I played the sparrow. The fairways where well groomed and the greens very fast and true. the staff is very friendly. I played with a member who had nothing but good thing to say about the course.
