Pebble Brook Golf Course

First timer at this course. Was suggested by a friend. I had my doubts about it at first, but it ended up being one of my favorite public courses I've played in Tennessee.
The Tee boxes can use some work. The fairways are comparable to A few of my favorite courses around town. (excellent condition ). The greens on the other hand can use a lot of attention. It's very tough to putt with all the crabgrass, hard to read the greens. But as I said this was my first visit, and it's late in the season. I will definitely be back and hope to see improvements over the next few years. Thank you pebble brook

This course used to be a Nashville area hidden gem. But they have let the greens get into terrible shape. Lots of crabgrass. Impossible to keep a putt online. The tee boxes have always been an issue this time of year there, but they were so hard you couldn't get a tee in the ground. Hardly and grass on them. The fairways are in good shape though. Pace of play on front was pretty slow, tee times too close together.

Greens are in bad bad shape. Also have never been to a course that doesn't have placed to get water during round or a person driving selling drinks.

Enjoyed playing the course. The course offer great views of nature at its best.

It was a nice track to play except it took over 3 hours to play the back nine. Course Rangers should be more visible in making sure groups and keeping up with pace of play.

Even though I made 1sam tee time 2015/8/22 11:32 they say "1 player can't play".
Even though there are open tee time from 11:16 to 11:40 they don't let me play.

I canceled my reservation and NEVER return to this course.

Greens and tees in poor shape. Greens had wild grass(appeared to be crab grass). Tees very rough with many bare spots(big area for improvement). Fairways were very good.

Green condition was poor.
Others were good enough.
One advice to be more comfortable coruse;
there are some holes where we cannot see the upfront parties location and movement due to the design of courses(mainly due to big hill in the middle of the course). Any safety rules shall be prepared; for examp,e prepare a signboard on the tee-ground "Hit the tee-shot after checking the upfront parties finished the second shot then move to green."

It is far from downtown of Nashville but still workable distance to the north.

The greens are bumpy and showing some crabrgrass so know that putting is not an exact science there. However, I did want to note that they have reopened a few Tee Boxes that were under repair and resodded and is MUCH better overall. Much appreciated, and well done!

Overall, this course is decent, but some of the greens and tee boxes were "struggling". There are some real challenging holes and the lay out is interesting. You would not be able to walk this course. For the price, it was worth a second try.

FAIRWAYS AND GREENS GOOD SHAPE. SOME OF THE TEE BOXS CLOSED FOR REPAIR. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO PLAY AGAIN. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY.

We played Pebble Brook for the first time. The price was really good as we payed $22 with the Golf Now fee per person for a Hot Deal. The pace of play was pretty slow as we had some beginners two groups ahead of us. The tee boxes were getting repaired on several holes so all of them were put in the same spot on several holes which didn't leave much to hit off of since this area was tore up. The fairways were in good shape but the greens were beat up a bit. The course itself is rather challenging. Lots of doglegs in each direction.

I love this golfcourse.

First the not so good - The tee boxes are being renovated which causes some issues on a few holes and the greens aren't in the best shape.

the good - Interesting holes with elevation changes, some risk reward, pretty views, beautiful fairways with an actual 2nd cut of rough, incredibly friendly staff, nice regulars, Awesome value. I was hooked up with an AWESOME turkey sandwhich that was way better than I expected. It's closer to Nashville and easier to get to than it seems. It's not particularly long, but the elevation changes and the blind landing ares make you think on many shots. A 250 yard par 4 in which you cannot see the green with steep slopes away on the back side and bunkers guarding the front is a great example of a hole where you have options. Hit and hope or play it safe?

If the greens are cleaned up a little bit and the teeboxes come around it will be AMAZING, even as is though it's still a great deal of fun and an excellent value. Will be back, probably many times.

The conditions of the course were great! I would definitely not advise walking this course, especially the back 9. The many elevation changes and beautiful scenery make it a very fun course to play.

Nice course a little north of Nashville. Very pretty course and a nice layout with tons of elevation change and woods to keep it a bit challenging. Staff was also very friendly. However the T boxes and greens could really use some work. All and all a good course for the price, will definitely be back.

The course was beautiful greens look very well, very professional looking course. Did have a long wait as far as people in front of me, but the foursome in front of us let us play through. They are adding some sod to some of the tees . The course is a nice scenic ride to different tees, overall love the course would definitely play again, good times to pull the driver out and hybrids

We had an amazing time playing this golf course. I have played many courses in different states and this course was the most scenic, beautiful course by far.

Tee boxes in bad shape greens rolled slow but stopped quickly hitting to the greens two of the par threes too short

They are resodding a few tees which should make this a much better course. Overall, a great experience. I'll definitely be back!
