About
Located in the North Tucson area, SaddleBrook Ranch Golf Club borders the Santa Catalina Mountains. The course meanders through the high Sonoran desert, incorporating natural washes into the design and providing stunning mountain views from almost every hole. Abundant desert flora and fauna further enhance the rugged, gently rolling terrain. The golf course offers a mix of challenging holes and player-friendly features, resulting in a layout with several interesting risk-reward opportunities that will appeal to low and high handicappers equally. The player-friendly fairways are generous, allowing beginners to feel comfortable with ample room off the tees and rewarding thoughtful play. There are also carefully placed mounds, hollows, and bunkers along the large, receptive greens that provide opportunities to recover an errant shot. The golf course is made even more versatile with five different sets of tees.

Great Bargain
One of the better conditioned courses in the Tucson area. Fairways and greens in great shape. Greens roll true, nice speed and hold approach shots. One of my favorite loval layouts. Very fair. Sits on a plateau, so is typically windy in spring/summer.
Breezy day!
Played the first four holes as a single, then joined up with Tom (a Saddlebrooke Ranch resident) for the final fourteen holes. It was a fun 3hr 12min round of golf. We were not rushed at all and it was like playing at a private club.

Got behind the slowest Group on the course and they wouldn’t let us play through...... after we passed them it was great

this course is always in great course. we enjoy it every time. sometimes it is windy. This is par for this course.
Fun course
I remember when the clubhouse was a trailer, ah Saddlebrook how you've grown!
Course is in outstanding shape, the best it's ever been.The new greenkeeper knows his trade.
This is a fun course to play,it doesn't beat you up but there are no gimmie holes.
The new restaurant is beautiful too for those that like that kind of thing.
Another nice round of golf at Saddlebrooke Ranch
The course is in great shape except for a few wet spots around the greens. The greens ran fast but were in great shape. We played our round in 3 hours 45 minutes. The only bad thing I have to say is the guy working in the clubhouse needs to either take a class in customer service skills or drink more coffee because he is extremely grumpy.

Greens and fairways in really good shape. Very breezy. Very playable course. No drink cart.

Good course a couple wonky holes like #10-- but overall good course- windy today - lace of play was slow on front but picked up on back played in 4:15 hrs- last time was 3:45 hrs- overall good course fir money!
Will be back next fall!
Great conditions and layout
Great course! Great layout and conditions were pristine. Will definitely make the drive and play again.
Good Conditions Nice and Green!
Course is in great shape, and greens are really solid. Pace of play was a little slow. Looks like they bumped their tee times down from 10 minutes to 7 minutes between starts? Only draw back was service on pro shop. There were 2 folks behind the cash register but only one was working. Had to wait almost 10 minutes to check in when there was only one customer buying shirts in front of me. They couldn't figure out how to work the local discounts. They should they one person dedicated to check in during busy periods.
The course is in great shape
Been playing here all winter and the course is in excellent shape.
Every once in a while we have a slow round (4.5 to 4.75 hours) but today's round was right at 4 hours.
Course was in great shape. The greens were really fast but adjusted.
Good course in excellent condition.
Fairways, greens and bunkers in excellent condition. Took 4:40;for the round. Waited every hole but it was Sunday afternoon. Watched the three groups ahead of us tee off. Two groups appeared to be beginners so the slow pace was expected. This course is an excellent value and a very helpful staff.

Had a great time and fun round! For the most part, the course is in great shape! The rough is dormant and difficult to hit from. Overall, I like the course and enjoy playing here!
Back Again
It has been 3 or 4 years since we have played this course. It will not be that long before we play the course again. The changes in the amenities are outstanding, New Pro shop, A halfway house being built and a Brewery along with a restaurant which was a great place to finish the round. Oh yes the golf was good we finished before the stated finish time so pace of play was excellent. The course was in great condition and if you play from the right tees you can score well. The back 9 is tougher than the front.
