Oak Creek Golf Club

Oak Creek is one of my favorite courses in the DMV. It is challenging for sure, but not so much that even newer players cannot enjoy it. Greens run true. Fairways in great shape. Excellent combination of holes. Highly recommend this course.

I’ve played a couple courses the last week. Oak Creek is in good shape, the greens were in pretty good shape. Overall, the course is in good shape.

The greens have healed up very nicely since the aeration several weeks ago and were very good condition. the fairways and tee boxes were also in great shape. The course was wet from the rain overnight which meant cart path only which always sucks but a little extra walking is good for you I suppose. Next to Lake Presedential it is my 2nd favorite public course in the area.

The golf course is in excellent shape,, the fairway and greed are in great shape for this time of year.

Course is an excellent layout and in very good condition. They had raked and over seeded fairways, but that was okay, glad to see the maintenance being done. Greens are sculpted in many places, so putting was an enjoyable challenge. Loved the course, the cart lady was super nice as was the cart attendant and the pro shop attendant.

I will play again for sure

nice course, but the home construction going on at the time we played was quite loud and somewhat of a nuisance., for at least for 3 holes.

Course was in great shape. Fairways were lush and the ball sat up well. Greens had been sanded, but were rolling good. A couple of places had been repaired recently, and a couple needed repairs.

Oak Creek is tough layout, but who doesn't love a challenge? I'd recommend yardage book if you've never played there. Always enjoyable experience.

It's in amazing condition - but the people were what was amazing. When I had my assistant book on this site I guess she hit 1 golfer b/c she didn't realize you can make reservations for both people (after discussing with her I realized it was my fault I didn't tell her to book for two people).

They were completely booked up - but they worked with me and got me on the course. We are pretty decent players and play fast, but we understand how important pace of play is and how important/tough it can be to manage a public course when things are booked/who knows who is playing.

The staff was incredible. They added us to another group and we played a round in average time - but them being so accommodating and working to figure out a way for us to play b/c of a screw up that was technically my fault made the place so enjoyable.

I play a lot of local courses too and this condition is in amazing shape - which is so hard to do in August. Will always be happy to play here.

Most of the courses in this region that I have played this year have been in terrible shape. The massive rains that we have had caused some of the problem, but Oak Creek seems to have dealt with it. The fairways are in great shape. The greens are very good with the exception of the pock marks left by idiots that don't repair their ball marks. The rough is plentiful and tough. The sand traps need work. Quite a few greens have aprons that are under repair and treated as such. That at least tells me they are working to keep the in good shape. I would not hesitate to play here again.
