Oak Creek Golf Club

The course was in excellent condition. And considering the heat that we have had for past 3 weeks, I was amazed how well the fairways and greens were kept up.

Will play again.

Although there was an 80% chance of rain, we were fortunate enough to play the course with only a few slight rumblings of thunder and Cartpath only conditions.

The greens and fairways were awesome.

All public courses should be so fortunate for greens and fairways to be close to perfection.

Played Oak Creek for my first time this season and it looks better than ever before. Greens were rolling well even in the late afternoon and the chipping areas were very playable.

Hats off to the maintenance staff.

Only down side was pace. They could use one more staff member to help clean and turn-around carts, or perhaps move the starter up by the clubhouse to help send groups on their way. We ran a bit behind because everyone was waiting for carts.

Very expensive for condition. Was cart path only due to rain 24 hours before round and there was still puddles in the fairway. Terrible drainage would not recommend and would not return unless price dropped into low 50s

The course was in great shape and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Driving ranch was closed because it had rained the night before but the sprinklers were on. ??? The carts are little out if date and very slow.

Wonderful golf course. Great pro shop crew. Very, very accommodating to my gang of 7 seniors. We all had a blast.

This is the first time, but not the last time, I will play this course. There are some tight holes, and the greens were a little slower than I expected, but overall the course has a great layout. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

Play here quite often and it’s always in good shape and usually moves very well. I think today was out of the ordinary for it to be so slow - front nine took almost 3 hrs and 5 and 1/2 total. They had some kind of outing that jammed everything up so it was something that couldn’t be helped. We still had a great time because the course was in great shape!!

Oak Creek is a very nice course in the southern Maryland area. Recommend!

Well-maintained with a friendly staff.

A bit pricy but I guess Thats the norm for MD. I wish they had gps on the carts. Everything was in pretty good condition. Some tough blind shots, but it rewards you for hitting your spots.

I like this course, especially for early in the years. Fairways are wide, and there aren't any off-the-tee gimmicks. A course to score.

The course is in excellent condition. I don't remember ever seeing it in better condition. Play it no less than 10 rounds a year. I was impressed!

I enjoyed the course and the friendly staff. I don't know why it wasn't more crowded like other lesser courses, but I'm happy letting this remain a best kept secret. I will definitely be back.

I must have put 50 miles on the golf cart! This course is sprinkled behind 5+ cookie cutter mini mansion neighborhoods where you are practically playing in people's back yards. That means driving through gates within the gated communities, navigating construction sites, and not a chance of ever waling this course.

Nobody directed me to a cart or the driving range. Kind of disorganized and not really following any COVID standards for golf (single cart, sanitizer, stop handing out score cards and pencils, not keeping doors open). The 19th hole was non-existent, probably due to COVID so I'll give it a pass for that. Not much food section around this location, it's kind nestled in the burbs.

Glad to get outside and get fresh air, but I will try something else next time.
