Fantastic value
Apart from the last few holes being a bit weak the rest of the course more than made up for it. The greens were pristine and were a joy to put on.
Faultless greens
Overall the course has a strong layout. The only negative I would say is that holes 17 and 18 are fairly weak and unremarkable. However, I really enjoyed my round at bridgnorth with the greens being the highlight with not a single imperfection. Kudos to the green staff they've done a remarkable job
Excellent
Really enjoyed the course. A little scolded by the hot weather but the course layout is great and greeens were in excellent condition.
Received a very friendly welcome and will definitely return.
Really enjoyed it
Bridgnorth golf course
Absolutely great course in excellent condition ,
Layout was fantastic and some very tricky holes which made it quite interesting, Also some very gettable holes which balanced the course out well.
Stunning views overlooking the river seven 👍
Nice, friendly course.
Good, fun layout of average difficulty. Slightly let down however by the fairway and green conditions, having said that there has been an extremely dry spell of weather so perhaps it's usually in better condition.
One of the best courses in Shropshire for the money
The Bridgnorth golf course is one of the best golf courses I've played in Shropshire for the money. Paid £20 for a 2:50pm tee time and it was 10x better then some of the £40+ courses I've played in the area
Walked off after 10 holes
I was playing on my own and looking forward to it.
Unfortunately on the 3rd hole I found myself behind a 4 ball of two couples.
I then had to wait on every shot as I was never called through.
Very poor.
Bridgnorth
Excellent course, first two holes are testing and may need a buggy if you struggle walking up hills, but then flattens out by the river.
Highly recommended
Challenging & Varied
Super fast course in excellent condition. Lots of challenging features
A perfect afternoon of golf!!
Gorgeous weather, manicured fairways, playable rough and greens like carpets. Add in that no one was in front or behind me and it was a perfect round of golf.
Bridgnorth
Course is in perfect condition. Thought it may be a little damp by the river but no its in really good condition.. Greens fairways and tees all perfect.
Lovely course. Pro was really friendly.
Course was in great condition and was very picturesque. Good variety of holes as well as challenging. Recommend to anyone.
Just OK
Course is in good condition and there are a few nice holes - 6,7,8,9,10 but there is no wow factor. Playing alongside the river is nice but there are lots of similar holes particularly 11 - 14. Straight and up and down.
Not a fan of the opening 2 or closing hole at all.
Overall, not a course I will rush back to. Yes it is pleasant but not memorable.
First time - excellent and picturesque course - Fast greens
H/cap: 14.6 - Round 96!!!
My god this course found me out. Mature parkland course with plenty of tree, greens well guarded with bunkers and fast undulating greens. A lot of 3-putts today and bunkers killed my score. Also found the River Severn with a wayward drive. It's a fair challenge with four holes that are hilly at the back of the club house with the remaining holes running in from of the CH are they are pretty flat. Good CH and bar. Couldn't see if there was any food. Buggy rental £26 which I think is pretty standard. Yes I'd play this again and go for a bit more accuracy over distance!
